SAFETY INSTRUCTION

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS WARNING! TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK OR PERSONAL INJURY.

Turn off/unplug and allow to cool before replacing bulb, cleaning or other maintenance.
Touch only switch/plug when turning on.
Do not remain in light if skin feels warm.
Do not look directly at lighted bulb.
Keep lamp away from materials that may burn.
Use only with 40W or smaller bulb.
Do not touch bulb at any time.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Lay out all parts on smooth surface as shown in illustration.
Screw the post (A) onto the post (B).
Screw the post (D) onto the base (C) and tighten.
Screw the body (E) onto the post (D) and tighten.
Loosen out socket ring (F) from socket. Fit lamp shade (G) onto socket and tighten with socket ring (F).
Adjust lamp shade (G) to desired position by tighting knob (H).
Adjust lamp post (A) to desired position by tighting knob (I).
Insert the power cord into the plastic clips (J), and then attach the plastic clips (J) to the appropriate location on the tubes.
Screw in one 40W bulb (not included) into socket.
Plug into outlet and turn on the rotary on/off switch and enjoy.

MAINTENANCE

Light bulb recommended.
Use one E26 40W Type A light bulb or a 9W LED Type light bulb for table lamp.
To clean, use soft cloth only.
Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners.
