DESCRIPTION
DELIVERY CONTENTS & DECLARATION OF COMPONENTS:
- A. 1 x Hammersmith Multi Grip
- B. Bit adapter head
- C. 1 x Universal adapter
- D. Integrated universal nut (4-10mm)
- E. 5 x Phillips screwdriver bits (PH1,PH2,PH3,PZ1,PZ2)
- F. 2 x Slotted screwdriver bits (4,6)

WARNING AND SAFETY NOTES
- Keep the device in optimal condition by only using it as intended, for screwing in and removing screws. The device is NOT suitable as a chisel or levering tool.
- Make sure that no liquids (water, lubricating grease, etc.) get into the integrated Hammersmith Multi Grip universal socket, as this could impair its functionality.
- Never attempt to oil the integrated Hammersmith Multi Grip universal nut.
- Always wear suitable work clothing, eye protection and work gloves when working with the Hammersmith Multi Grip.1
USING AS A SCREWDRIVER
Always use the appropriate screwdriver bit required for the task at hand. The bit should fully correspond to the screw head’s dimensions, both in terms of depth and width. The wrong bit can damage both the screwdriver bit and the screw head. You can use the Hammersmith Multi Grip in both the straight and T-shape position. To increase the torque and to loosen tighter screws, switch the Hammersmith Multi Grip to the T-shape position.
CHANGE TO THE T-SHAPE POSITION (SEE FIGURE #1)
- Pull on the bit adapter head until you feel it release from the anchorage.
- Now the bit adapter head can be put in the T-shape position and turned over.
- Now gently push the head back into the anchorage to fix the T- shape position.
USE OF THE INTEGRATED UNIVERSAL NUT:
The integrated universal nut loosens or fastens screws, nuts or hooks with a size of 4-10mm. It is suitable for screwing and unscrewing:
- Wing nuts
- Square nuts
- Hexagonal nuts
- Castle nuts
- Cover caps
- Eye bolts
- Curved screw hooks
- Straight screw hooks
- Steel screw caps
Place the universal socket on the screw/hook/nut, and turn clockwise or anti- clockwise to tighten or loosen the screw.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
You can clean the Hammersmith Multi-Grip and its accessories with a damp, soft cloth and then rub them dry. Never use abrasive or caustic cleaning agents.
