COOLER MASTER Synk X 5.8 Ghz Transmitter

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn on the power switch of the 5.8Ghz Transmitter.
  2. Connect the audio source
  3. Use the dial to select the corresponding audio input.
  4. Select optical digital input. The audio source must be a PCM signal. Transmiter does not support surround sound decoding.
  5. If the 5.8Ghz transmitter has not been paired with SynkX Haptic chair, you need to complete the pairing process first.
  6. Power on Synk X Haptic chair
  7. Switch mode to 5.8Ghz Transmitter.
  8. When the connection is successful the LED on the upper side of the Synk X Haptic chair Pairing will be white and the LED on the 5.8Ghz transmitter is always on.
  9. The audio source needs to be adjusted to appropriate volume to avoid cracking sound.

Caution:
If the LED of the 5.8Ghz transmitter or Synk X Haptic Chair is blinking, it means that the wireless signal is blocked or out of the receiving range, resulting in a signal failure, or the frequency pairing is not successful. In this case, you need to correct the position of the transmitter host or re- pair.

PAIRING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn on the power switch of the 5.8GHz transmitter and Synk X Haptic Chair.
  2. Synk X selects 5.8Ghz Transmitter Mode, at this time the white LED flashes.
  3. Press and hold the Synk X Haptic Chair PAIRING button for 3 seconds. The LED will flash quickly to enter the pairing mode.
  4. Press and hold the PAIRING button on the 5.8Ghz transmitter for 5 seconds. The LED will flash quickly to enter the pairing mode.
  5. The pairing process is completed when the LEDs on both sides stay solid.

NOTICES

  1. To avoid interference with wireless transmission do not place or use the 5.8Ghz transmitter near a magnetic environment or iron.
  2. Do not drop or expose the 5.8Ghz transmitter to excessive g-forces.
  3. Do not expose the 5.8Ghz transmitter to extremely high or low temperatures.
  4. The 5.8Ghz transmitter is not waterproof. Avoid any exposure to liquids and moisture.
  5. Cleaning the 5.8Ghz transmitter must only be done with a soft and dry cloth.
  6. The 5.8Ghz transmitter requires a 5V DC power supply. Higher voltages will damage the unit.

TROUBLESHOOTING

A. The Synk X Haptic Chair has no sound or vibration after turning on the transmitter

  1. Confirm the 5.8Ghz transmitter and the Synk X Haptic Chair are paired
  2. Confirm the sound source has been connected to the input hole of the 5.8Ghz transmitter. Adjust to the corresponding mode
  3. Confirm that the LED indicator light above the PAIRING button on the interface of the Synk X Haptic Chair is on without flashing indicating the connection has been made

B. 5.8Ghz transmitter uses S/PDIF input but the Synk X Haptic Chair has no sound and vibration

  1. Confirm that the SELECT button is adjusted to the corresponding position for OPTICAL
  2. Confirm the audio source is a PCM output. The transmitter does not support DTS/Dolby surround sound effects.

C. When the Synk X Haptic chair receives an unstable signal it disconnects

  1. Make sure that there is no obstruction in front of the 5.8Ghz transmitter or between the 5.8Ghz transmitter and the Synk X Haptic Chair.
  2. The transmitter range is 10 meters with line of sight. Reduce the distance and try again.

D. The volume of the Synk X Haptic Chair is low

  1. Increase the volume of the audio source, then adjust the vibration intensity on the Synk X Haptic Chair.
  2. If the volume of the audio source is too low it will affect the vibration intensity of the  Synk X Haptic chair.

E. No sound after earphones are connected to the AUDIO OUT jack of the transmitter

  1. Confirm the input source is ANALOG input. The OPTICAL jack does not support AUDIO OUT.
  2. If the audio source input is Subwoofer’s PRE-OUT, you cannot hear the low-frequency audio.
