CONAIR MAN3 Nail Dryer
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Do not block or place hands near air opening of this appliance. Do not drop or insert any object into any opening on this appliance. Do not try to repair this unit by yourself. Return appliance to an authorized service representative for examination or repair. Clean the unit surface with mild detergent or water. Do not immerse any part of the unit in water or other liquids. To avoid risk of damage, never use benzine or other volatile agents to clean.
HOW TO USE YOUR TRUE GLOW® PORTABLE & BATTERY OPERATED NAIL DRYER
Insert Batteries: The True Glow® Portable & Battery Operated Nail Dryer uses 4
AAA 1.5-volt batteries (not included). Insert batteries by removing the bat-
tery cover located at the base of the unit. Remove battery cover by placing
fingertip in the smooth indent by the battery cover. Gently press in,
following arrow direction, and pull the cover out. Insert batter-ies by
matching the positive ends (+) of the batteries with the positive symbols (+),
and the negative ends (-) with the negative symbols (-) found inside the
compartment. Replace the cover by sliding it into position and snapping
securely into place. Do not mix old and new batteries.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING BATTERIES
- This product requires (4) AAA batteries.
- Since batteries are sensitive to high temperatures, when storing them, keep in a cool dry place.
- Battery contacts need to be clean, both on the battery and in the appliance, before installation.
- Batteries should be removed from the appliance when not being used for long periods of time (months).
- Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
- Use only the power cord supplied with the appliance.
- Be careful and install (+) and (-) to the correct plus and minus on device.
- Replace all old batteries at one time. Do not mix old and new.
- Remove discharged batteries immediately to avoid leakage.
- Never put batteries into a fire.
- Switch off devices after use.
- Keep batteries away from children, especially the batteries that are small enough to ingest.
- If a battery is ingested, seek immediate medical help.
- Never open, crush, puncture or disassemble batteries.
- Dispose of batteries according to any State and Local regulations.
- Do not dispose of rechargeable batteries as solid waste.
TO TURN ON THE UNIT
This unit is pressure activated. The unit will turn on once you place your
hand gently on the nail dryer rest stand. To turn off, simply remove hand from
rest stand.
SIDE COMPARTMENTS
There are two side compartments located on either side of your nail dryer to
keep manicure accessories easily at hand when applying polish. To open side
com-partments, simply place fingers on grooved surface located in the back of
the nail dryer, and pull out.

Note: Alkaline batteries are recommended to use in this unit.
LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
(U.S. ONLY)
Conair will repair or replace (at our option) your unit free of charge for 12
months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship
or materials. To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective
product to the service center listed, together with your purchase receipt.
California residents need only provide proof of purchase and should call
1-800-3-CONAIR for shipping instructions. In the absence of a purchase
receipt, the warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 12-MONTH DURATION OF THIS
WRITTEN, LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so
the above limitations may not apply to you. IN NO EVENT SHALL CONAIR BE LIABLE
FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR
ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages,
so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights, which vary from state to state.
Caution: This is not a toy. Keep out of children’s reach. This product is
not for use by children aged 8 and under. Use adult supervision.
