Frequently Asked Questions
Why doesn’t my phone recognize my earbuds?
Tap Connected devices > Connection options > Bluetooth after opening Settings. Unpair any Bluetooth audio devices that are already paired with your phone or turn the Bluetooth switch to Off. To test whether your headphones are functional, plug them into the audio jack and play something.
Why won’t one of my earbuds work?
Look over the settings. Depending on the audio settings on your headset, it might only play in one ear. So, make sure the mono option is off in your audio properties by checking your audio properties. Make sure the voice levels on both earbuds are balanced as well.
Why do my headphones not function while being plugged in?
When headphone jacks gather excessive amounts of dust, grime, or lint, headphone connections frequently become loose. Your headphone jack may be physically blocked by this undesired junk, which will keep the plug from fully inserting. Try using a cotton swab or a paperclip that has been taped together to remove the dirt.
My wireless earbuds stopped working; why?
If the battery in your headphones is low, they might not be able to pair. Additionally, I’ve discovered that certain Bluetooth headphones stay on when in the case, which causes them to deplete to zero percent more quickly than you would expect. Even if they claim to have some battery left, try plugging them in and giving them a thorough charge before pairing.
When only one pair of wireless earphones function, how can you fix them?
Restarting the headset is the first step to solving a Bluetooth earbuds issue. If that still doesn’t fix the issue, try pairing and Bluetooth reset. If it doesn’t work, check the audio settings on your phone or computer. Otherwise, we believe your sound is the cause of the issue.
Why won’t my left wireless earbud work?
Within 30 feet of the earbuds, turn off Bluetooth on all gadgets. For 5 seconds, place the earbuds in the charging case. Exit the case with the earbuds. The charging case and earphones should now interact normally.
Why won’t my Bluetooth pair?
Go to Settings > System > Advanced> Reset Options > Reset Wi-fi, mobile, & Bluetooth on Android devices. For iOS and iPadOS devices, you’ll need to unpair every device first, then restart your phone or tablet by going to Settings > Bluetooth, selecting the info icon, then selecting Forget This Device for each device.
Describe pairing mode.
Bluetooth pairing is a method of registering information to link devices. They can connect by exchanging information about their devices (pairing). A Bluetooth device must first be paired with another Bluetooth device before it can be used. Comparable to sharing phone numbers is pairing.
How can I simultaneously connect both earbuds?
To link them, double-click each earbud at the same time, make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is off for a few seconds, and then turn Bluetooth back on.
Why won’t my two earbuds’ pair?
Your device’s Bluetooth setting should be disabled. Earbuds will automatically turn on when you remove them from the case. To manually sync them, double- press the left and right earbuds at the same time. NOTE: Give it another shot if it doesn’t work the first time.
What is the playtime of the Nokia Power True Wireless Earbuds?
The earbuds offer up to 150 hours of playtime.
Are the Nokia Power True Wireless Earbuds waterproof?
Yes, the earbuds are IPX7 rated waterproof and offer 30-minute waterproof protection in up to 1 meter of water.
How do I connect the earbuds to my device?
Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select “Nokia Earbuds” from the Bluetooth menu.
How do I reset the earbuds?
Put your Nokia power earbuds in the case, touch and hold the Nokia logo for three seconds until both of them flash with a purple LED.
How do I charge the earbuds?
Attach the charging wire to the headset’s charger port and connect the charger to an electrical outlet. When the battery is fully charged, the red indication light turns green.
Why do my headphones not function while being plugged in?
Try using a cotton swab or a paperclip that has been taped together to remove any dirt or debris from the headphone jack.
My wireless earbuds stopped working; why?
Try charging them fully before pairing. Some Bluetooth headphones stay on when in the case, which causes them to deplete to zero percent more quickly than you would expect.
Why won’t my left wireless earbud work?
Place the earbuds in the charging case for 5 seconds, then exit the case with the earbuds. The charging case and earphones should now interact normally.
Why won’t my Bluetooth pair?
Try resetting your device’s Wi-Fi, mobile, and Bluetooth settings or unpairing every device first and then restarting your phone or tablet.
How do I enter pairing mode?
Double-click each earbud at the same time and make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is off for a few seconds, then turn Bluetooth back on.
