Extract a drink containing vitamins and nutrients from fruits and vegetables.
Quick assembly & blending
- Fill the cup with desired contents. Screw on the blade assembly until you have a tight seal. 2. Flip the cup upside down and install on base. Push down on the cup to pulse or blend. 3. When blending is complete, lift the cup off the base. Remove the blades by twisting counterclockwise, and add the spout lid to take on-the-go.
WARNING: Handle the Pro Extractor Blades™ Assembly with care, as the blades are sharp.
Load it up
Do not exceed the MAX LIQUID line when loading the cup.
Overfilling ingredients may harm the unit when in use. If you feel resistance
when attaching the Pro Extractor Blades™ Assembly to the cup, remove some
ingredients.
PREP TIPS
For best results, cut ingredients in 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces. Place frozen
ingredients in the cup last.
BRIGHT SIDE MOCHA SHAKE
PREP: 5 MINUTES
CONTAINER: 20-OUNCE (590 ML) NINJA® CUP

1 small ripe banana, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
¹⁄³ cup (80 ml) brewed coffee, chilled
¾ cup (160 ml) unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon (15 ml) agave nectar
tablespoons (30 ml) almond butter 2 teaspoons (10 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
Dash salt 1 ½ cups (375 ml) ice cubes DIRECTIONS

- Screw the blade assembly onto the cup and blend to mix the ingredients until smooth.
- Remove blades from cup after blending.

INGREDIENTS
¼cup (60 g) raw unsalted almonds
3 tablespoons (45 ml) raw unsalted pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon (15 ml) raw sesame seeds
3 tablespoons (45 ml) dried cranberries
3 tablespoons (45 ml) pomegranate juice
¼ cups (300 ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
²⁄³ cup (167 ml) ice cubes
DIRECTIONS

- Screw the blade assembly onto the cup and blend until ingredients are smooth.

STRAWBERRY MELON BLAST

INGREDIENTS
½ medium cucumber (about a 4-inch/10 cm piece), peeled, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm)
pieces 6 strawberries, hulled, cut in half
¾ cup (180 ml) cantaloupe chunks
¹⁄³ cup (83 ml) ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into the 20-ounce (590 ml) Ninja Cup in the order listed.
- Screw the blade assembly onto the cup and blend to mix the ingredients until smooth.

BERRY TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

¼ cup (50 g) strawberries. hulled. cut in quarters ‘b cup (110 g) blueberries

½ cup (120 ml) water cup (83 ml) ice cubes
DIRECTIONS

If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more liquid.

¹⁄³ cup (60 ml) water 1/3 cup (83 ml) ice cubes
