Are these white bulbs tunable? From warm white to day light?****
Sorry, this item is not tunable and cannot change from warm white to daylight. If you purchase the color (RGBW) changing WIFI bulbs, not only do those change from color to color (red, green, etc. etc.), they also change from warm white to daylight.
Does this turn on in a fixture with a switch if you don’t use Alexa all the time to turn it on?****
Yes, but I don’t think that you would want to do that, when you turn the light on and off a couple times in succession via a switch you trigger the “pair” mode which makes the light try to reconnect to the app and while it does that it blinks on and off rapidly, very annoying. But Feit has an app that I use to turn my lights on and off and adjust the brightness/color.
does this work outdoors?****

No. Any Feit Electric Smart Wi-fi device must have Wi-Fi service in order to enjoy its smart features.
