Thank you for purchasing this quality product. To minimize the risk of injury we urge that our clients take some basic safety precautions when using this device. Please read the operation instructions carefully and make sure you have understood its content. Keep these operation instructions safe.

Safety instructions

  • Keep this product in perfect condition and only carry out repairs for which this unit was designed.
  • Only use approved parts. Non-approved parts can be dangerous.
  • Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
  • Keep the work area clean, tidy, and free of unused materials.
  • Make sure that the working area is sufficiently illuminated.
  • Do not use the kit to perform a task for which it is not intended.
  • Do not allow the kit to be used by untrained persons.
  • Check the unit for damaged parts before each use. Make sure it is working properly and can perform the intended tasks without any problems.
  • Check the alignment and fastening of the moving parts and the holding devices. All defective parts should be replaced by a qualified professional.
  • Do not allow the kit to be used by untrained persons.
  • Do not use the device if you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or similarly intoxicating medicine/food.
  • Do not bend too far forward and always ensure that you are standing securely.
  • Dispose of waste fluids in accordance with local authority regulations.
  • Always read and observe the warnings on the brake fluid reservoir.
  • Wear appropriate clothing. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they can get caught in the moving parts. Tie long hair securely.
  • Wear eye protection and avoid contact with the fluid. If brake fluid gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.
  • Attention! Use only new brake fluid. Used brake fluid or any other fluid may contaminate the system and lead to a possible failure of the brake system.
  • Attention! Do not dispose of the liquids in an uncontrolled manner as this will lead to environmental pollution.
  • Caution! Brake fluid is flammable and must be kept away from ignition sources, including hot surfaces (e.g., exhaust manifolds).
  • Attention! Brake fluid can damage the paintwork. Places on which brake fluid has been accidentally spilled should be rinsed off immediately with water.

Filling process

  • Make sure that no pressure remains in the unit. The pressure can be released on the side of the pump with the valve.
  • Remove the cap from the top of the unit and fill the unit with new brake fluid.
  • Make sure that there is no remaining liquid or dirt in the.

Instructions for use

  • Select a suitable adapter from the parts supplied. Install the adapter on the brake system’s master cylinder.
  • Pump the handle of the unit up and down until the recommended bleeding pressure is reached. Open the brake nipple and connect it to the appropriate bleed container. As soon as the new fluid enters the container, close the valve. Repeat the process for all 4 tyres (in any order).
  • If brake fluid flows out, ask a helper to pump the brake pedal while observing the flowing fluid through the transparent hose. A few strokes can empty the master cylinder reservoir. Therefore, always remember to check it and refill it if necessary.
  • Once the process is complete, release the pressure by depressing the relief valve on the side of the pump. After releasing, disconnect the fluid hose from the adapter on the master cylinder.
  • Note! Do not disconnect the adapter before releasing the pressure.
  • If necessary, completely refill the brake fluid in the reservoir. Refit the master cylinder cover to the vehicle.
  • Properly dispose of the liquid in the vent container.

Care and maintenance

  • Clean the brake bleeder after use with a clean, dry cloth.
  • The air pressure must be released via the relief valve.
  • Empty the liquid container when not in use.
  • Keep the hose and the adapter clean for future use.
  • Store the brake bleeder in a clean, dry, and childproof place.
  • For your own safety, maintenance and care should be carried out regularly by a qualified specialist.
