Two power sources

Please note
- To guarantee that the power can switch over easily, it is advised to load the battery while the USB cable is powered.
- Please activate the battery switch on the feeder’s bottom after inserting the battery (D cell).
- After three minutes, it is advised to set up a feeding plan and unplug the power to see if the feeding plan is still effective.
- The app cannot run on a battery and play the movie, and the Skymee food dispenser can only function in accordance with the predetermined feeding schedule until the power is restored.
Before connecting (only 2.4G Wi-Fi is supported; 5G Wi-Fi is not supported)
- Scan the QR code to get the Skymee App.
- Turn on the switch after inserting three D batteries at the bottom. (optional)

- Launch the Skymee app, then sign up for an account using your email or mobile number.

Yes, it still feeds according to the preset feeding schedule even if your Wi- Fi is down as long as you have AC power or a battery inside, however you can’t access it or perform manual feeding if your Wi-Fi is down.
How long will the batteries last when it is operating without a plug?****
Can’t really say because I haven’t kept it unplugged since installation. The three “D” cells in my experience with a different feeder lasted a few months.
How durable are automatic pet feeders?****
