Is there a certain type of litter you must purchase for the cat’s litter box?****
We advise using bentonite litter for cats, but there is no restriction on the brand you can use. You can adapt it to your cat’s needs.
Is this piece pink or grey with white trim?****
There are two different models of smart litter boxes; the pink one lacks Wi-Fi functionality and cannot be connected to an app. The grey litter box has Wi-Fi capability, allowing you to check on the cat’s bathroom problem via an app. Depending on your requirements, you can choose the litter box to purchase.
Change cat litter how frequently?****
We advise you to clean the kitty litter once a week at the very least. You can accelerate the frequency of cleaning if you have many cats.
When it’s full, does it let you know?****
On our app, you can keep an eye on the litter level in real time to make sure your cat can use the box as intended. The back trash can hold around one week’s worth of garbage.
If you’ve performed a manual clean, do you still need to press the reset button?****
You don’t have to hit the reset button after you’re done cleaning the litter box. When plugged in, the cat litter box will automatically enter a clean state.
Do you have a nightlight?****
Yes, our smart litter box has a light mode, and the third button allows for quick on/off lighting management.
