AA-K21GC 0.8L Gooseneck Spout Kettle
Warning
Do NOT overfill the kettle past the max. water level line (Approximately 8/10 full). This is to prevent possible electrocution / scalding accidents via boiling water overflow on to the electric platform.

Product Descruption
Product Guide
- Before using this product, please read this manual carefully, especially the “Safety Instructions” section.
- Fill the kettle up & place the lid back on tightly. (Please adhere to the minimum & maximum water level guideline).
- Plug in the power cord first, place the kettle on the base, the “ON/OFF” button will light up. Click the “ON/OFF” button once, the current water temperature will be displayed on the temperature LED display. Click on “Boil”.
- Upon boiling, the switch will turn off automatically.
Boil to specified temperature:
- Ensure you are using plain water only
- Click or hold the “+” or ’-” button to select the desired temperature level & wait for three (3) seconds.
- The water will be heated up to the specified temperature level.
- The temperature LED display will blink during heating process
- The temperature LED display will stop blinking after desired temperature is reached
Boil to specified temperature & keep warm:
- Press the “Keep warm” button.
- Click or hold the “+” or ‘-” button to select the desired temperature level.
- The water will be heated up & kept warm to the specified temperature for 2 Hours.
- If the temperature is not selected, the kettle will heat the water up and maintain the water temperature at 99°C for 2 hours.
Boil to 100°C then keep warm at specified temperature:
- Press the “Boil” & “Keep warm” button. (Both Boil & keep warm LED indicators will light up)
- Click or hold the “+” or ‘-” button to select the desired temperature level.
- The water will be heated up to a boil first prior to the keep warm function kicking in at the adjusted temperature.
If the kettle is not unplugged from the power source, the previously adjusted
keep warm temperature will remain unchanged.
Please boil & pour away the full amount of water (Please adhere to the maximum
water level guideline) prior to first time usage. This removes any unwanted
odours. Repeat if necessary.

Safety Pre-cautions
- Please read this manual carefully before using the product, and use it in the correct way to avoid damage or danger caused by improper practices.

- The input power supply of this product is 110V~60Hz, please check the your power source for compatibility.
- Do not use the product if power cord is damaged. Please replace the product by the authorised distributor in your region. Do not disassemble and repair by yourself.
- When filling, cleaning, or not in use, please turn off the kettle switch and unplug the plug.
- While pouring water into the kettle, do not spill the water (especially on the power base). Please ensure the base is dry to prevent electrocution / short circuit.
- Do not exceed the highest permitted water level, otherwise the boiling water may splash out and cause danger.
- Please use this product on a horizontal stable flat surface.
- Overhanging power cords can easily cause accidents. It is recommended to keep the kettle as close to the wall power socket as possible when boiling water to avoid tripping over the kettle and being scalded by boiling water.
- Close the lid of the kettle properly to prevent scalding accidents.
- During the heating process, do not open the lid or move the kettle to avoid being scalded.
- Do not immerse this product and the power cord in any liquid.
- When the room temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, do not keep the kettle power supply connected to the power plug, otherwise the thermostat will automatically reset causing the component to heat up.
- Do not let the kettle burn dry, and be sure to disconnect the power when not in use.
- This product must be used in conjunction with the power base provided with the kettle.
- Do not place any other liquids other than water into the kettle.
- Please be-careful while pouring out the boiled water to prevent scalding accidents.
- Please ensure the power source socket is in good working order.
- Do not thug on the power cord.
- Do not operate product with wet hands.
- Make sure that the power switch is turned off before the teapot is removed from the power base.
- This product is not intended to be used by users (including children) with insufficient physical, perceptual, mental ability, experience or knowledge.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that children do not play with electrical appliances.
- This product is only suitable for home use, please do not use it for commercial and other purposes.
- The heating element may still be hot after use.
- When the electric kettle is in use or after boiling, do not touch the body of the kettle with any part of the hand or body to avoid scalding.
- When the kettle is in a boiling state, the temperature of the water vapor emitted is extremely high, and please avoid contact the spout directly (or near the spout), with any part of the body, the body of the pot, the lid or the gap between the lid and the handle to avoid the risk of burns or scalds.
- Do not rinse or sprinkle water or soak the outside of the pot body and the power supply bas with water to avoid water or leakage from the heating connector, which will cause electricity & power failure.
Cleaning the kettle
- Unplug the power plug & let the kettle cool prior to cleaning the kettle.
- Do not soak the water bottle, power cord, power plug, and power socket in water.
- Wipe the shell of the kettle with a damp cloth, do not use scrubbing powder, cleaning cream and other products as it will damage the surface of the kettle.
Descalling
In order to keep the kettle in good working condition, it is necessary to
descale frequently.
Pre-mature power cut off incidents may indicate that the kettle needs to be
descaled.
Methods to descale:
- Use a dedicated descaling product
- Add 0.5 litres of 8 – 10 % white vinegar to the pot, leave to soak for 1 hour, drain the white vinegar, and wash with water.
- Add 0.5 litres of water to a boil, then add 25 grams of citric acid, soak for 15 minutes, and wash with water.
Troubleshooting
Auto shut-off before the boil| 1. This problem is usually due to the presence
of scale in the kettle, so it can be removed by eliminating the scale.
2. This may also be inadequate amount of water in the kettle or the inclusion
of an empty kettle, which triggers the kettle protection against running dry.
In order to reset the device again pour cold water into the kettle; reset
security after approximately 2 minutes; then you can restart the kettle.

Kettle does not work| 1. Make sure the plug is properly inserted into the
socket and that the socket is working.
2. If there is damage to the power cord must be replaced on the same type of

The water in the kettle has a strange smell| 1. This problem usually occurs
