Precautions for use
Before using this device, read and follow all warnings and instructions in this manual, even if you are familiar with this product. This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities, or a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have received supervision or instructions regarding the use of the device by a person responsible for their safety. Keep out of the reach of young children, do not let them play with the device.
- Use only accessories, consumables or spare parts recommended or supplied by E.ZICOM.
- Do not use your device outdoors, on a wet surface, or for wet pickup.
- Do not pick up hard or sharp objects, matches, hot ashes, cigarette butts or the like.
- Do not spray or vacuum flammable liquids, liquid cleaning products, aerosols or their vapors.
- Do not step on the power cord when using your device or pull the plug by pulling on the power cord.
- If your device seems to be defective, stop using it immediately.
- To ensure the safe and efficient use of this device, we recommend that it be serviced or repaired only by an authorized repairer.
- Do not step on the power cord or wind it over your arms or legs when using the device.
- This appliance should only be used for household cleaning in accordance with this user guide.
- Do not use the device on people or animals.
- This device can be used by children at least 8 years old and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or with no experience or knowledge in the subject. They must receive instructions on the safe use of the device and understand the risks involved.
- Children should not play with the device.Cleaning and maintenance should not be done by children without supervision.
- If the power cord is damaged, stop using the machine immediately.

- It’s normal for the charger to become warm to the touch when it’s charging.
- Do not unplug by pulling on the power cord.
- Never modify the charger.
- A damaged cord can create fire or electric shock.
- The power cord cannot be replaced, the entire charger must be replaced if it is damaged.
- Unplug the charger in the event of prolonged absence.
- Do not take the charger with wet hands.
- Do not expose the battery to high temperatures. Do not store it near a heat source: lights, radiators, sun …
- In the event of a battery leak, do not touch the liquids, risk of burns or irritation.
- Used batteries must be taken to a recycling point and not disposed of with household waste.
The symbol on this appliance indicates that it cannot be disposed of with household waste. You must deposit it in an electrical and electronic waste recycling center. Disposal must be carried out in accordance with local waste regulations. Operation
Assembly
Insert the aluminum tube into the nozzle and make sure the connection is firm.
Press and hold the tube release button to pull out the aluminum tube; choose
different accessories according to different cleaning requirements. When using
an electric brush, connect the aluminum tube first, and then install the
electric brush. Make sure the installation is fixed. Press and hold the tube
release button to remove the electric brush.
Start
Press the switch button once, the vacuum cleaner works in the 1st position,
press the speed control button, work in high speed mode, press the speed
control button again to return to the 1st position; press AUTO to switch to
AUTODETECTTM mode, the intelligent dust suction mode.
Remove the battery
Press the battery pack release button to remove the battery pack; otherwise,
insert it into place along the guide slot and make sure the battery pack lock.
- When using, do not exceed the “maximum” line of the dust cup.
- This product is for dry suction only.
- Friendly reminder : please keep the mouth open and avoid clogging. Otherwise, the motor will overheat and cause damage.
Cleaning and maintenance
Assembly
- Except main unit, other parts can be washed with warm soapy water. After cleaning, it must be thoroughly dried before being put back into use. Never immerse the main unit in water or any liquid.
- Only use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the housing of the vacuum cleaner. Do not allow any liquid substances to enter the vacuum cleaner.
- Do not use any corrosive chemicals or abrasives.
- Do not use when the filter is damaged or worn.
- This product does not contain usable parts, please do not disassemble or repair it by yourself.
For best use, empty the dust cup and clean the filter every time when used it.
- Press and hold the dust cup lock to separate the dust cup part and the host part.
- Press and hold the dust cup release button to dump the dust in the dust cup.
- Separate the upper part of the dust cup and the dust cup. Take out the filter and the air inlet filter and wash them in warm water. Please dry it in the air for 24 hours before refilling it in the dust cup. Important: The filter cannot be cleaned with cleaning equipment. Do not dry the vacuum cleaner with drying equipment. Only dry naturally.
It is recommended to replace the filter every three months (depending on the usage) to ensure the best performance.
Charging
Please turn off the power first, then insert the charger into the charging
hole, and finally plug the charger into the plug board. Make sure your hands
are dry.

Warning: Charge only with the original charger to avoid damage to the vacuum cleaner.

Limited warranty – E.ZICOM®
NOTE : This limited warranty does not affect your rights under the law relating to the sale of consumer products.
The products of the company E.ZICOM give right to the legal guarantee in force, that is to say 2 years (and 1 year of extension offered for any registration of your product on our website). Batteries, having a limited cycle time, are considered to be consumable. As a result they are covered by a 1 year warranty just like the accessories. The duration of the manufacturer’s warranty for some of our products may occasionally be changed when sold on distribution networks deemed to be non-traditional. In this case, the customer purchasing a product from E.ZICOM is clearly informed on the product presentation page on the reseller’s site. Information on the content of the product, its packaging or user manual may be altered. In all cases, the company E.ZICOM cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the country of reception, the responsibility of E.ZICOM is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value on its date of sale and this without the possibility of recourse to the brand or the company producing the product.
In any event, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and hidden defects (Art.1625 and following of the Civil Code). It is essential to keep the original packaging of the items purchased throughout the warranty period. To be able to benefit from the product warranty, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice for the product.
The guarantees do not cover:
- Replacement of consumables (batteries, filters, brushes, virtual wall, power supply, charging station, peri-meter cable, etc.),
- Abnormal or improper use of the products. The customer is invited in this regard to carefully consult the instructions for use supplied with the products,
- Breakdowns related to accessories (power cables …),
- Defects and their consequences due to the intervention of a repairer not approved by E.ZICOM,
- Defects and their consequences related to the use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended (professional, collective use …),
- Defects and their consequences related to any external cause.
In the event of a breakdown not covered by the warranty, or sending of a service support file with missing administrative documents, a quote of 99.00 Euros (incl. Tax) will be sent to the customer. If it should be refused, the device will be returned after receipt of the copy of the signed refused quote and a payment of 32.00 Euros including tax for administrative costs, storage and return of the product.
