Introduction
The best streaming player is Roku Ultra. It is the fastest and most powerful Roku player ever, with a lightning-fast interface and quick channel launches for Sling, Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and HBO Max. With four times the resolution of HD, a stunningly sharp 4K image brings out the rich detail in your entertainment. When you pair this Roku streaming device with Dolby Atmos® audio, be amazed as colours leap off your screen with stunning Dolby Vision® picture and immerse yourself in three-dimensional sound. For streaming the best picture quality, especially in rooms farthest from your router, a strong, stable Wi-Fi® connection is essential.
Because of this, we enhanced the Wi-Fi® in this Roku 4K device for even greater speed and range so you can enjoy quick, lag-free TV streaming across your home. With the Roku Voice Remote, you can easily browse through hundreds of channels with your voice, turn on your TV, enjoy private listening with the included headphones, and create custom shortcuts for your preferred channels. A huge selection of free, live, and premium TV, including Roku® Originals available only on The Roku Channel, will enhance your viewing experience.
Your favorites are prominently displayed on the configurable home page, allowing you to spend more time streaming and less time scrolling. Everything you need, including a Premium High-Speed HDMI® Cable, is included in the box, making setup straightforward. Along with popular voice assistants, Roku Ultra supports them. You can open channels, look for entertainment, manage your streaming, and more by saying Hey Google or Alexa. Using Siri on your Apple devices or the Apple Home app, you can also control your TV.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this remote an ir or rf device? such that it will continue to function even if I mount the Roku out of sight.****
When you press buttons, it doesn’t have to be directed directly at your Roku® streaming player or Roku TVTM because it’s connected across a wireless network. This enables you to mount your Roku gadget behind a wall-mounted TV or in another close-by, concealed position.
Is there a way to connect Bluetooth headphones straight to the box without using that awful app for private listening?****
With a connected device, such as a phone or tablet, customers may cast their favorite music, podcasts, and more to their TV via Bluetooth® Streaming on the 2020 Ultra. When using your own wireless headphones for private listening, you’ll still use the Roku mobile app. To enable private listening on the digital remote interface, simply open the app, connect or pair your headphones with your phone or tablet, and then plug them in. You only need to look for the headphones icon to be ready.
What makes the Roku Ultra superior than the Streaming Stick Plus?****
Because it features an ethernet port, the Roku ULTRA can be hardwired to a network, whereas the Roku Stick + can only connect wirelessly.
Is there anything extra I should have or purchase in addition to what comes in the box if I choose the ultra?****
Everything you need to get started is included with this Roku Ultra model, including a premium high-speed HDMI cable and remote control batteries.
Can 4K at 120Hz native refresh rate be handled by this?****
According to what I can determine, no streaming device performs that. That is a feature of TVs, not streaming media players. Other than a few video games, every content is filmed at a frame rate between 24 and 60 fps.
Can I BlueTooth a Video from My Phone to My TV?****
You can use AirPlay on an iPhone to send a video from your phone to your Roku and watch it on your TV. Concerning Android phones, I’m unsure.
Shows may be recorded for later viewing?****
It’s not a DVR, no. While some live streams are available to watch. Since the majority of its programming is available anytime you feel like watching it, it largely functions as a streaming on demand box, thus you don’t need to record anything.
Will the Ultra’s USB port allow me to connect a separate AV player to it for stereo audio?****
Yes, if you mean playing media that has been stored on a hard drive or USB thumb drive. The HDMI port is used if you merely want to stream content from it to your AV receiver. You won’t be able to utilize your AVR if it doesn’t have an HDMI connector.
Will I Be Able to Watch the Olympics for Free If I Buy This Product and Plug It Into My TV Today?****
You must purchase a television subscription, such as Sling TV, in order to use this device. However, you will be able to see over-the-air television broadcasts, so if the Olympics are carried on a station like NBC, you will be able to watch them for free using an antenna. However, you will need to purchase a subscription service like Sling TV if you want to watch channels like TBS or AMC.
Does it fit the 43-inch class qled q60a from Samsung?****
The simplest response is that it will only support the TV’s maximum resolution. Any TV with an HDMI port can use it. Any 4K programming will be displayed on a TV that can handle 4K and an HDMI connection that can handle the 4K signal. However, it will show at the speed of the streaming content. It doesn’t try to transcode an HD stream to 4K resolution. The simplest response is that it will only support the TV’s maximum resolution. So it ought to work just fine with your QLED.
