RAISING THE DESK/CHAIR
Stabilize the desk/chair by placing your foot on the crossbar as shown. Using both hands, lift up to the desired height.
LOWERING THE DESK/CHAIR
Stabilize the desk/chair by placing your foot on the crossbar as shown.
Using both hands, lift up to the max. height then slowly lower to the min.
