Filling under hygienic conditions

Step 1
We recommend that you disinfect your hands and the work surface and wear an
overall, protective goggles and gloves*. This will protect you and the schülke
wipes.
- as required by paragraph 4.1.3 of TRBA 250
Step 2
Open the lid of the wet wipe dispenser and insert the unpacked fleece roll
into the dispenser. Pull the inmost wipe a little from the centre.
Step 3
Pour 2 litres of ready-to-use product or 3 litres of diluted concentrate
solution once slowly in a spiral shape over the roll of wipes in the bucket.
(schülke wipes 40 / 70 = 1,5 litre). antifect® N liquid, buraton® rapid,
mikrozid® AF liquid, mikrozid® universal liquid, mikrozid® sensitive liquid,
perform® advanced alcohol EP, perform® lassic alcohol EP, terralin® liquid
Step 4
Now pull the inmost wipe of the roll into the star-shaped dispensing opening
of the lid and dispose of it.
Step 5
Place the lid onto the dispenser and close it until it locks into place. Now
carefully close the protective cap of the dispenser.
Step 6
The wipes take 30 minutes to become fully saturated.

Step 7
In the meantime, complete each charge label supplied with each cloth roll and
stick it onto the field provided.
Step 8
The schülke wet wipes dispensing system is now ready for use. All schülke
products have a shelf life of 28 days. Except for terralin® PAA with 12 hours
of shelf life.
Hygienic refilling
- Please dispose any remaining product and wipes after the expiry date or when refilling.
- Clean the dispenser and the lid thoroughly with an efficient and absorbent wipe (e.g. mikrozid® sensitive wipes), to remove any soiling.
- Disinfect the lid and the dispenser thoroughly. We recommend using alcoholic disinfectant wipes like the mikrozid® AF wipes.Discard solution Dispose of wipes
- The lid and the dispenser can also be reprocessed for 10 minutes at 70°C or for 1 minute at 90°C.
- The dispenser and the lid must dry after disinfecting.
The refilling of the dried dispenser must occur in the same way as the initial filling.Clean, disinfect & dry Clean & disinfect
