Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Mixcder E7 Wireless Active Noise Cancelling
Headphone. Mixcder E7 professional ANC technology keeps noise out and music
in, so you can get deeper into your music, your work, or whatever you want to
focus on. Mixcder E7 features the Bluetooth 5.0 for unparalleled sound
quality, fewer drop-outs, lower latency & stable connection to deliver a skip-
free listening experience. Large 40mm drivers with high dynamic bass responses
bring you amazing audio enjoyment. Built-in 500mAh rechargeable battery
provides up to 25h sufficient music playtime, while charges for 5-8 minutes to
get 2-3 hours playtime. Ergonomic & protein leather ear cushions with a 90°
swivel ensure a pillow comfort and a snug fit. We use fashionable color
coating for your perfect look!

Charging the Headphone
Use the supplied micro USB charging cable to recharge the headphone. It takes
about 1.5 hours for the first charge and only 1 hour for a subsequent charge.
The headphone LED turns to solid red during charging. When the battery is
fully charged, the LED turns off. In order not to affect the charging time,
please turn off the wireless function during charging, but you can use the
audio cable.
When the battery is low, the LED indicator lights up red. At the same time,
the headset also provides a low battery warning tone.
Note: It is strongly recommended fully charge for the first use. Playtime
varies according to volume level and audio content.

Pairing with Wireless Devices
5-1 Pairing the Headphones with a Computer
Before pairing your headset with your computer, make sure your computer or
laptop has Bluetooth wireless capabilities. If not, you must purchase a
Bluetooth wireless dongle, preferably 2.1 or higher.
- Make sure the headphone is off.
- Turn on wireless capability on the computer.
- The ”Search new device” screen will be displayed.
- Do not place both devices more than 3ft/1m away from each other.
- Press and hold the power button on the headphone until it powers on but don’t let go just yet. Continue holding down on the power button until you see the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, which means your headphone is in”pairing mode” waiting to be paired with your device. You will hear a prompt.
- As soon as the computer system detects the new device, please select ”Mixcder E7″ to pair. Once successfully paired, the LED turns to solid blue. You will hear a prompt.
5-2 Pairing the Headphone with a Phone
- Make sure the headphone is off.
- Do not place both devices more than 3ft/1m away from each other.
- Press and hold the power button on the headphone until it powers on but don’t let go just yet. Continue holding down on the power button until you see the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, which means your headphone is in “pairing mode”waiting to be paired with your device. You will hear a prompt.
- Turn on wireless capability on your phone and search for new devices.
- Select the “Mixcder E7” to pair. Once successfully paired, the LED turns to solid blue. You will hear a prompt.
5-3 Connecting to Paired Devices
Mixcder E7 will pair with the last paired device automatically when turned on.
Because of different systems, some computers or laptops may need to be
manually paired every time.
Active Noise Canceling
Mixcder E7 contains a noise-canceling circuit, noise mainly in an airplane, buses, or trains is effectively reduced.
- The noise-canceling effect may not be pronounced in a very quiet environment, or some noise may be heard.
- The noise-canceling effect may vary depending on how you wear the headphone.
- The noise-canceling function works for noise in the low-frequency band primarily. Although noise is reduced, it is not canceled out completely.
- When you use the headphones on a train or a car, noise may occur depending on street conditions.
Making and Answering a Call
7-1 Making a Call
- Make sure the headphone is paired with the mobile phone. Dial through the mobile phone and press the call button on the phone.
- To end a call, press the power button once or also end the call directly by the phone.
7-2 Answering a Call
Make sure the headphone is paired with your phone. Please refer to chapter 5.
Pairing with Wireless Devices.
- Press the power button on your headphone to answer the call through headphones. If there is music playback, it will pause.
- To end a call, press the power button once again or also end the call directly by the phone.
- As soon as the call is ended, the music will continue to play automatically.
Used as a Wired Headphone
There is a 3.5mm audio port on the left side of the ear cup in which you can
plug the included audio cable.
It enables you to connect E7 to other devices via a 3.5mm audio cable. When
the headphone’s battery is low, you can still enjoy the music without worrying
about battery drain.
Note: The microphone can’t work when used as a wired headphone.
Caution
- Store the headphone in a dry place when it powers off.
- If you don’t use the headphone for a long period, charge the battery every 2 months for 1 hour.
- Use a dry cloth for cleaning if needed.
- Avoid dropping the headphone from high places or on hard surfaces.
- Avoid exposing the headphone to extreme temperatures. (Recommended Storage temperature is -40˚C-80˚C.)
- The headphone is NOT waterproof. Avoid exposing the headphone to rain or getting liquids into any button port or other openings.
- Please don’t twist or bend the headphone. This may cause permanent deformation.
- The built-in battery can’t be disposed of in the fire to avoid an explosion.
Protecting Your Hearing
The Headphone is held close to your ears, so loud sounds pose a potential hearing risk. It is highly recommended that set a low volume level before putting on the headphone and avoid exposing yourself continuously to high volumes. If you need to use the headphone for a long period, rest for ten minutes for a half-hour use.

Skip to the next track| Press and hold the V+ button for 1-2s
Skip to the previous track| Press and hold the V- button for 1-2s
Answer a call| When a call rings, press the power button
End a call| To end a call, press the power button
Noise Cancelling On| Push the ANC switch to ON, blue light on.
Noise Cancelling Off| Push the ANC switch to OFF, blue light off.
Note:
There will be an alert tone when the volume reaches the maximum level.
Troubleshooting
Q: The headphone cannot be turned on.
A: The battery may be flat. Please recharge the battery and try again.
Refer to chapter 4. Charging the Battery.
Q: Why don’t the headphones pair with the mobile phone?
A: Please check the followings.

Check that the headphone is on a full charge.

Make sure that the mobile phone’s Wireless function is on.
You can clear all connection history on your phone. -
Make sure other paired devices’ wireless function is turned off.

Make sure the two devices are in the effective pairing range. (33 feet/10 meters).

Make sure that there is no obstacle between the headphone and the mobile phone, such as electronic equipment and a wall.

Furthermore, make sure that the headphone is in pairing mode, and pair them with the phone again.
Q: There is some noise.
A: Wireless is a radio technology, so it is sensitive to obstacles
between the headphone and the pairing device. Please make sure that there is
no obstacle between the two devices and is within 33 feet/10 meters.
Q: I can’t hear sound.
A: Please check the followings.
- Try to increase the volume.
- Make sure that the Wireless function is on and that the two devices are connected and within 33 feet/10 meters.
Q: My mobile phone or computer cannot find the headphone.
A: Please check that the headphone is in pairing mode.
Refer to chapter 5. Pairing with Wireless devices. Sometimes when the
headphone is connected to too many Wireless devices, they cannot search and
pair effectively. Or your mobile phone and computer are already connected to
many other devices. Try removing some connections before searching the
headphone.
