- Use a small wrench to take the module and cables apart
- Hand wash earmuffs recommended
- After the earmuffs are completely dry, Connect the cable to the module

I have an earlier version that are not loud at all from 2 years ago. Has the volume really been upgraded since then?

I found the slit but all that’s in it has wires where is the charger?
It’s a little funky for sure. The charge port is on the inside opposite the volume/power button. You kind of have to push it to see the actual charge port. Let me know if you can’t see it now and I will send a video. It took me a bit to find it originally too .
I was under the impression that these were adjustable. They are too large and do not stay in place. How do I adjust them?
I don’t remember seeing anywhere in the description stating they are adjustable, but I do see they claim it fits all size heads. I think the most adjusting one can do is how low or high one tilts/wears it on their neck and how closely one wears it to one’s neck.
Can they adjust to the size of your head?
Yes, there is a wire inside which springs them together. Pull them apart and wrap around your head. The tension keeps them on your head.
Can u hear the music clear and loud?
Yes, you can hear the music loud and clear.
Will these work with iPod Nano 7? I can get mine to connect but I can’t hear any music.
It should work. Make sure you hear “connected” when it is paired. Also try to turn the volume all the way up on the earmuffs and iPod. Don’t forget to charge it as well.
These are good for sleep?
Yes. They are excellent, I sleep in them every night and the battery lasts all night. I plug them in first thing in the morning. I listen to Netflix on my tablet while I sleep which drowns out my husband’s noises.
Could you wear a baseball hat with these?
They overlap your ears quite a bit. A baseball cap would not fit properly.
Is this good for traveling on an airplane?
Tonbe honest unless you have a VERY small head or your ears are really high on your head, I wouldn’t bother. Plus they don’t cup your head. They stick out from the sides of your head and unless you wrap something at about your eyebrow level around your entire head they won’t press against your ears at all.
It took me 20 frustrating minutes to get to the charger and I still don’t see an easy way. What is the trick?
No trick it is frustrating but worth it.
What is the little key for?
change the battery.
I need set up help! I would prefer to continue the phone conversation of Friday. Is that possible?
You can talk on the phone while using the Earmuffs. The power button answers and hangs up the call.
Is there a website with videos on how to charge these? I can’t find the port. What a terrible design!
port is pain to get at. it is inside the opening ,but hard to get. I ended up cutting fabric as I got frustrated.
