Safety

Suppliers of articles for use at work are required under section 6 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 to ensure as reasonably as is practical that the article will be safe and without risk to health when properly used.

Installers of this product are required to take such steps as necessary to ensure that all appropriate information and training is provided to anyone concerned with its use.
This equipment is designed to operate at a DC voltage of 18-36V and therefore will require a separate power supply.
Any power supplies used with this equipment must be suitably approved to the required local standards and must be installed following the relevant electrical, installation standards and manufacturers’ recommendations.
This unit should be built into an apparatus cabinet, or similar, where access is restricted to service personnel only.
This unit uses convection cooling. Avoid obstructing the airflow around the unit.
This equipment is certified as environmental class A and therefore designed for indoor use only at temperatures between -10°C and +70°C with a maximum relative humidity of 95%. The IP rating for the enclosure is IP20
Operation outside of these limits may render the equipment unsafe.
