Exercise instructions

Arm training
Raise up your hands and extend them outwards to increase the strength of the arm muscles and improve the curve of the arm line.

Elastic hip bridge
Place the elastic band on the thigh above the knee and spread it flat, with arms on both sides of the body, palms facing up, knees bent 90 degrees, instep stretched straight to the calves, only the heels touching the ground.

Leg training
Keep the elastic band on your thighs, turn your body to the left, and bend your knees slightly to make your hips, Knees and feet try to close together. Keep your abs tight and open the upper right knee for a few feet. Keep your feet still together. Control down, repeat the action.

Walking sideways

Put the strap on your ankle and stand at an angle of 45°with your feet shoulder-width apart. Move your right foot to the right. Then on the left heel, feel the resistance of the elastic band and move a few steps to the right, then change your left foot, repetitive

Squat
Place the elastic band below your knees, with your feet shoulder-width apart. Push your hips back and bend your knees, lowering your body as much as possible so that your knees bend outward. Hold and slowly return to the starting position.

Knee up
Put a small elastic band above your knees, and then get down, making sure that your back is flat and your head and spine are not moving. Try to keep your shoulders down, keep your head still, tighten your core muscles, lift one leg to one side, bend your knees 90 degrees and lift your hips.
