Frequently asked Questions
- I have all the wires connected, but no sound output?
1. Check whether the POWER indicator is on or not. If it is not on, turn on the key to start the machine. After pressing the power button, the indicator will still not go on. At this point, you can find one with the same voltage output power supply to te st again.
2. If the indicator light is on, check whether the VOL knob is in the minimum state; if it is in the minimum state, it will be normal if it is rotated clockwise
3. If the above two points are normal, check whether the playback device of input aud io source is paused, mute or at the minimum volume.
-
Why does the sound break?
If the volume of the rear device is turned up to the maximum and the front level is also turned up to the maximum, it is easy to distort. At this point, you just need to turn down the volume of the front or rear level. -
Why does the volume stay the same, but the volume is different when connected to different sources (such as a CD and then a mobile phone)?
The amplitude of the electrical signal varies from device to devic e. For example, a mobile phone is usually 0.35V and a CD is 1V.Natural sound levels are different. -
Why is there a lot of electrical noise from the horn?
If you are not using the original standard power supply, please replace the power supply and test again. Many power sources in the market have a large disturbance coefficient of the text wave, which will cause a large current sound. -
Why does the speaker make a loud buzzing sound when I plug in the input cord and don’t play the audio source?
U sed the signal line that does not take shield empty load, can have interference signal to enter amplifier to carry on amplification, if you hate this sound to suggest you replace the signal line that takes shield, perhaps unplug signal line. -
Does this machi ne handle phonographs/record players?
At present, this model does not support phonograph/phonograph signal input, because the electric signal output value of phonograph/phonograph is very small, need to add a phonograph amplifier. -
Why can’t I search for Bluetooth?
Due to the design of the machine, when switching to other channels, the Bluetooth does not work, you have to switch to the Bluetooth channel to search.
