Introduction
This tower space heater’s potent 1500W PTC ceramic element can heat 200 square feet in just three seconds. UL certified With two heat settings (high 1500 watts/low 1000 watts) and a thermostat-controlled setting, it may be used to warm up a variety of rooms, including garages, living rooms, offices, dorm rooms, and hot yoga studios. Remote control and a 90° oscillation in all directions. This ceramic heater can turn 90 degrees to produce uniform warmth across the room, keeping it nice and comfy all the time. You may use the included remote control to adjust the heat and oscillation settings from your bed or couch. V0 flame-retardant materials are used in its construction, and it has a number of safety features, such as a 15° tip-over prevention, built- in overheat protection (which turns off automatically when 185°F is reached), a V0 flame-retardant 2-prong socket, and more.
This indoor space heater has a noise level lower than 45dB, making it suitable for use in a bedroom while you sleep. Timer sets provide 12 hours of restful sleep or a long snooze, making them ideal for warming a room while someone reads, works, studies, or watches TV. After it is shut off, there is a 30-second countdown delay since the fan continues to run for a time to dissipate heat and prolong the life of your heater. To make the heater more responsive to commands from the remote, please aim the remote control at the front of the heater. The UP button allows for temperature adjustment ( No DOWN button ).
PRECAUTIONS
- Before using it for the first time, please check that the voltage you are using matches the one required by the product nameplate.
- If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or the professional staff of the maintenance department.
- Do not use the product near objects that can be easily absorbed such as curtains, and avoid places where there are obstacles and instability around.

Function Instructions
When using the unit, please plug it into a standard socket with the specified current and voltage.
- Plug in the power, press the mechanical switch button on the back, the machine enters standby mode.
- Touch the key, the product enters the power-on mode, the default natural wind. Press the key again, the product enters the standby state, the fan delayed air supply 30 seconds.
- Touch the key, the product begins to oscillation left and right, and then touch to stop auto oscillation.
- Touch the key, the product set temperature intelligent switching gear.
- Touch the key to switch the product to natural wind, low heat, high heat. The corresponding indicator lights up.
- Touch the key product timing settings, respectively 2H, 4H, 6H, 2H + 6H = 8H, 4H + 6H = 10H, 2H + 4H + 6H = 12H, a total of 6 time settings.
Remote Precautions
- Remote must be equipped with CR2025 twist button battery, when loading the battery, pay attention to the polarity must not be installed in reverse.
- When using the remote control, the front end of the remote control must be aligned with the receiving window (digital display screen) of the machine.
- Avoid direct sunlight on the receiving window, so as not to affect the effect of reception.
- Please keep the remote control in a safe place to avoid impact and dropping.
- When not in use for a long time, please take out the battery to avoid the battery leakage and damage to the remote control.
- When replacing the battery of the remote control, please replace it according to the assembly diagram on the back of the remote control.
Simple Troubleshooting
- Machine does not start: a. Please check whether the power cord plug into the socket; b. Whether the power switch on the back of the machine; c. Whether the power socket is connected to the power.
- Machine operation noise: check whether the machine is placed on the ground is balanced, whether shaking.
- Heating time is too short and on: check whether the air inlet and outlet are blocked (such as curtains, plastic bags, pieces of paper, etc.), eliminate the factors and then cool the machine and start again.

Storage and Maintenance
- Before cleaning, please turn off the power and unplug the power supply.
- Allow the machine to cool completely before wiping the outer surface with a wet soft cloth, and use a soft brush to brush the ventilation holes.
- After cleaning, wait until the machine is completely dry before powering on and using or putting into the original packaging, and place in a dry and ventilated environment.
- Do not rinse directly with water during the cleaning process to avoid damage to the machine.
- Do not use thinner, toluene, acidic detergent, alcohol and other chemical reagents to wipe the machine.

FAQs
Can this ceramic space heater be used on 220V or is it only 120V?****
This heater is Primevolve SH02 indoor space heater. This heater works only on 110-120V in US.
Does it glow with infrared light as seller illustration shows? Actual user pictures do not show the heat element glowing.****
I do not a red glow from the heating elements. Personally I believe that is for graphic illustrations purposes only. I do like the features and functionality of the unit, especially the ability to set the thermostat. It is one of the quietest portable heaters I have seen.
Energy efficient?****
Not sure, went camping and plugged it up and it wouldn’t go above 40 degrees. That was using a power station. At home plugged it up worked well . It was for camping so not sure what to tell you.
Will this ceramic space heater automatically shut off, if it over heats or if it’s tipped over?****
Yes, this room space heater will auto shut off once the tilt angle is over 15°. With built-in overheat protection, it will shut off automatically when reached 185°F.
It is UL certified ?****

if you’re 1-2 feet away from it with nice heat on ya & then you power off, that extra 30 secs the fan runs–Is it cold air on you then for that time??****
Please don’t worry, because the air outlet is hot, 30 seconds of fan wind is only enough to dissipate the heat of the air outlet and will not let you feel the cold air. If any question, please feel free to contact us via support@primevolve.com
If there’s a power interruption will this heater come back on by itself or does have to be turned back on manually?****
The heater will power up but not in the heating mode. You would need to turn the heat, timer, fan and swing mode back on.
Can we use it on a carpeted floor?****

Is this product considered a heater or can it be used as a regular fan with no heat?****
We don’t suggest using this heater as a regular fan even though it has a fan feature. The fan is just for forcing out the heat and dissipating the heat of the air outlet.
Is it fully assembled?****
Yes, Primevolve room heater SH02 is fully assembled. You can take this space heater out of package and warm your room.
Why is it recommended to be plugged into wall outlet instead of a powerstrip?****
Because the power generated by the heater is too intense for a strip. The power of this space heater is 1500W, which is relatively higher than other small appliances. For a long time of usage, you need to make sure that the powerstrip is fit and reliable enough. For your peace of mind, please use a wall socket instead of a power strip during use.
Can we get a Replacement remote if lost??****
Not sure, but I would email the seller; they seem responsive in my experience.
Is its panel touchable or buttoned?****
It’s a touchable panel. You can use the touchable panel to operate all features: oscillating, 12H-Timer, 3 Modes, Power on/off, Temperature Up. Also, with a remote controller, you can remotely control the heat and oscillation settings from your bed or sofa.
Is it cordless?****
This ceramic heater is Primevolve SH02 electric heater. No, it’s not wireless. This ceramic space heater does not take batteries and it does have a cord to plug into an outlet. It comes on at 50 degrees and setting goes up to 113 degrees.
