MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS & MOUNTING GUIDING
Roman Shade Headrail measurements: 2.5″H, 1.5″D. *Headrail width = roman shade width.
Roman shade Headrail Bracket measurements: 2.5″D, 1 “H, 1 “W.
IMPROTANT NOTE:
Our Roman shade is true to size with no deductions; available in multiple width sizes all with 1 standard length size of 64″.
INSIDE MOUNT
- Measure the inside width at 3 locations of your window -the top, middle and bottom; this is to confirm your window width remains the same from top to bottom.
- There is no deduction to our roman shade, your window should be 1/2″ (1/4″ each side) more narrow than our width size for appropriate fit so shades can move up and down freely without any wall interference.
- Inside mount will let light in due to nature of assembly; room darkening will not be as effective as outside mount.
- Mounted within the window frame.
- Minimum of 3″ depth window required for secure mount.
OUTSIDE MOUNT
- Measure the width of the area you wish to cover. If space allows, we recommend adding 2″ (1″ each side) to our roman shade measurement to help eliminate any light seepage.
- Minimum of 3″ above window required for secure mount.
