SHARPER IMAGE 208001 UV Knife Sanitizer
WARNING
- The Clear Cap for the utensil holder must be securely placed on top of the unit before pressing the UV button. This cap prevents UV rays from escaping.
- Flammable materials such as towels and paper must not be placed inside the unit.
- Only grounded receptacles in good working order should be used.
- The unit must be kept away from sources of heat, gas and other flammable materials.
- Do not submerge this unit in water.
USE
- Insert hand-washed utensils into the Utensil Holder, then securely set the Clear Cap.
- Insert knives into the appropriate slots according to size.
- Insert the electrical plug into a wall receptacle. The On-off button will start flashing.
- Press the On-off on the Control Panel, the On-off button will stop flashing.
- Select the UV button to start the UV sanitation cycle (5 minutes).
- Select the KD button to start the heat-dry cycle (10 minutes).
- Press the AT button to start the UV+heat-dry combination cycle (60 minutes).
