Bassbuds Ultima ANC True Wireless Earbuds

Smart Power On & Pairing

1.  Take out both the earbuds from the charging case Or Touch MFC on both the earbuds for 3 seconds. 2
2. Wait for 3- 5 seconds until L & R earbud pair to each other.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone & search “pTron TWS” to connect with the device.

Smart Power

Off Touch MFC on both the earbuds for 3 seconds Or Keep both the earbuds into the charging case.

Connectivity Bluetooth – Automatic

Just turn on the Bluetooth earbuds. They will automatically connect to the last connected device (Instant wake & pair technology).
Calling/Music through Mono & Dual Buds Mono Bud Use – Just place the right or left earbud back into the charging case.
Dual Buds Use – Use left & right earbuds together.
Modes – ANC On/Off & Transparency Touch MFC on either earbud for 1 second, you will hear a beep sound and modes will change.
Voice Assistant Activation Tap MFC on either earbud 4 times.

Call & Music Functions

Answer/ Hangup a Phone Call: Tap MFC once
on either earbud.
Reject a Phone Call: Touch MFC on either
earbud for 2 seconds.
Music Play / Pause: Tap MFC once on either earbud.
Next Song: Tap MFC twice on left earbud.
Previous Song: Tap MFC twice on right earbud.
Volume Up: Tap MFC thrice on left earbud.
Volume Down: Tap MFC thrice on right earbud.

Charging the Earbuds

1. Place both the earbuds into the chargingcase properly. The earbuds will power off automatically when placed into the case.
2. The Red LED indicator is permanently ON during charging.
3. When earbuds are fu lly charged, the Blue LED indicator will turn ON & it will turn OFF in few seconds.

Charging the Case

1. Connect the Type-C end to the chargingcase and the USB end to a 5V power source.
2. The digital display will show the battery % charged.
3. When earbuds are fu lly charged, the Blue LED indicator will turn ON & it will turn OFF in few seconds.

Troubleshooting Scenario 1:

One Earbud is Not Working

1. Place both the earbuds into thecharging case.
2. Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
3. Wait for 3-5 seconds, both the earbuds will pair to each other.
4. Turn ON the Bluetooth function on your phone, search for “pTron TWS” & connect.

Troubleshooting Scenario 2:
Earbuds Not Connecting/ Scanning

1. Place both the earbuds into the charging case.
2. Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
3. Unpair “pTron TWS” from your p hone’s Bluetooth settings
4. Restart your Bluetooth device or p hone.
5. Now, search for “pTron TWS” on your Bluetooth device & connect.
