A 2.1 Intended use
The nail dust collector has been built for installation under a work table or
table top and has been developed exclusively for extracting dusts as they
occur during work in the nail studio. Any other use beyond this, which does
not comply with the accident prevention regulations of the Employer‘s
Liability Insurance Association, is considered improper use. The manufacturer
is not liable for any damage resulting from this. In this case, the user must
bear the risk alone. Intended use includes, among other things, b-
serving the respective manufacturer‘s operating instructions for the system
components of the nail dust collector as well as the inspection and
maintenance instructions.
The system components are built and linked according to the latest state of
the art and the recognised safety rules. Nevertheless, their use may result in
hazards for the user or third parties or impairment of the system or other
material assets.
Irrespective of the laws and regulations mentioned in these instructions, the
respective valid laws and regulations must be observed and the generally
recognised rules of technology must be applied.

A 2.8 Notes on the transport of the unit
To prevent foreign bodies from getting into the unit, the filters should be
inserted and the filter openings closed. Also, when transporting the unit, use
suitable cardboard packaging to prevent foreign bodies from getting into the
nail dust collector, the filters or the motors from above.
Before reassembling the unit, make sure that there are no foreign bodies in
the unit itself or in the filters or motors. For reinstallation, the
installation instructions prescribed on the following page 8 apply.
A 2.9 Notes on storage of the unit
The unit must always be stored in a dry and dust-free environment. Suitable
cardboard packaging should also be used for this purpose.
If the system becomes dirty during storage, it must be cleaned thoroughly
before installation and commissioning. This should be done after instruction
by a specialist or an instructed person.
A 2.10 Information on decommissioning, dismantling and disposal
When taking individual system components out of operation, the respective
manufacturer‘s operating instructions for the components must be consulted. If
individual system components are removed from the network and the system as a
whole continues to be operated, attention must be paid to securing possible
danger points.
If this impairs the safety level of the system in individual areas or as a
whole, the manufacturer‘s CE declaration of conformity is invalid. The
responsibility for this lies with the operator.
When dismantling larger plant parts and assemblies, a hazard analysis must be
carried out to determine whether any risks arise for employees as a result or
in the process. A work plan must specify the work to be carried out in terms
of sequence and safe working.

Function
The nail dust collector is switched on and off via the green push button.
The speed control is used for stepless adjustment of the power. of the power.
Cleaning
Use the hand screws (knurled screws) to loosen the removable front panel and
carefully pull out the activated charcoal lamella filter slowly using a loop.
For this purpose, it is best to use our additionally available dust
collection t ray.
The activated charcoal lamella filters should be taken out and cleaned about 2
2-4 times per month. The remaining coarse dust is simply removed by pulling
out the large dust collection tray (optionally available) and disposed of. If
there is no dust collection tray, the dust must be sucked out from the inside
through the large filter openings with a hoover and a narrow crevice nozzle
attachment or similar.
Also clean or vacuum the lamella filter very carefully on the lower side only
(not the clean air side at the top). Do not treat it wet and replace it after
approx. one year.
The replacement of the filters and the frequency of cleaning can vary
depending on the effort, care and customer volume.
