Have an adult install fresh batteries into both the remote and shark.

Mega Chomp is the mega-sized great white shark you control on land. Chomp
anything in its path!
BATTERY SPECIFICATIONS & CAUTIONS
- Do not use rechargeable batteries.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Do not mix old and new batteries and Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (ni-cad, ni-mh, etc.) batteries.
- Batteries are to be inserted using correct polarity ( + and – ).
- Remove exhausted batteries as soon as possible and discard properly.
- Remove all batteries from compartment if toy is not used for a long period (7 months).
- The supply terminals are not to be short circuited.
WARNING: Batteries are harmful if swallowed. Please keep away from
children.
Battery Disposal: Dispose of batteries according to the local laws and
regulations of your region. Some batteries may be recycled, and may be
accepted for disposal at your local recycling center. If you are not able to
identify the applicable rules in your area, please check the instructions of
the battery manufacturer.
CONTROLLING MEGA CHOMP
Turn on the shark and remote, then place the shark on the floor in a large
open area. The shark is easiest to control when standing behind it.
The jaw will automatically chomp as it moves forward.
- DO NOT drive the shark into walls, doors or furniture.
- DO NOT drive the shark off elevated surfaces or drop from furniture.
- DO NOT drive the shark into people or pets.
- DO NOT sit on the shark or do anything to restrict its jaw from chomping.
- DO NOT drive the shark through water. Do not submerge shark in water.
- This is an electronic toy and should not be exposed to water.
- If the shark performs erratically or stops working properly, turn the shark and remote off, then on again. If the problem persists, replace any old batteries with fresh, new batteries.
ASSEMBLY
Remove all packaging attachments before giving the toy to a child. Not
suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts that could be
swallowed. Conforms to product safety standards ASTM F963. Keep instructions
for future reference. Do not discard. The information presented in these
instructions are believed to be currently accurate and reliable; however no
warranty, either express or implied, is made. Any recommendations or
suggestions are made without warranty or guarantee, since among other reasons,
the conditions of storage and use are beyond our control. Processing of
electric and electronic equipment at the end of their service life (applicable

please contact your municipality, local waste disposal centre or the store
whether the product was purchased. During the replacement of your used
batteries, we request that you follow the current regulations as to their
elimination. We thank you for depositing them in a location foreseen for that
purpose to ensure their elimination in a sure manner and with respect for the
environment.
