The ionizing air blower is applied to a wide range of applications, including electronic manufacturing, and assembling, camera and watches assemble and assembling of other precise instruments, plastic film cutting, film laminating, demolding.

Operation Principle

The Ionizing Air Blower can produce large quantity of air current with positive or negative electric charge, which counteract the electric charges on the object. When the object surface has negative electric charge, it attracts the positive one from the air current, or vise versa, thus the electric charge on the object surface is neutralized and the static is removed.

The Ionizing Air Blower has a transverse wind machine to provide the
wind, the volume of which can be adjusted within these 3 grades of wind by a speed switch.

Ionization Component: the ionization component forms a steady high voltage field under the effect of low-current high-voltage produced by the high- voltage apparatus, and the air is ionized to become ions which is carried out by the air current to the object surface to neutralize the static. The ionization component has a special cleaner to clear the dust on the ion emission needle for the normal condition of the component.

The Ionizing Air Blower has a special ion balance circuit that assures the automatic ion balance.

The static removal function of the The Ionizing Air Blower solves the problems in production caused by static effects, such as the absorbed dust, conglutination in the processing of plastics, leap of the small parts due to static exclusion.

Operation Instructions

• Installation
  The ionizer should be put in a distance of 30-60 from the target and in an area that could distribute the max. ion coverage. By tilting the ionizer body, air blows downward. Fasten the knobs on both sides of the unit after getting the ideal position.

• Operation
  First, turn on the power switch.
  Revolve the speed controller to adjust the air flow volume.
  Turn on the lumination switch to light the working area.

• Maintenance

  • Warning: pull out the plug and power off before maintenance to avoid danger.
  • The ionizing air blower is designed for more maintenance and less repair.
    A. Clean the emission component
    To clean the emission point, slide the cleaning brush right and left until the emission needle head is clean. The cleaning should be at least once a week.
    B. Clean the air input and air output
    The air input net and ion output net should be clean to avoid block of air current.
    Soft brushes or compressed air can be used for the parts.
    C. Ion balance measurement
    Use the Ion testing instrument to measure the ion balance (residual voltage).
    D. Removal time of the static measurement
    Use the static analysis instrument or the load monitoring board to measure the removal time of the static measurement.
    E. Calibration
    The ion input of the Ionizing air blower was designed to be steady and fixed. Because of the voltage fluctuation or air humidity in the environment and other factors, the ion balance (residual voltage) can be shifted by a magnitude according to the condition when operating.
