The Music Master harnesses an innovative technology by a master of sound design to produce a pleasing tune every single time. No previous knowledge of music required! Teach musical concepts such as pitch, rhythm, phrasing, and tension and resolution. The device includes controls for volume, reverb, and delay, just like a real amplifier, and includes a jack for headphones. Size: 8″L × 8″H × 4½”D. Requires 7 AA Batteries. Weight: 2½ lbs.

Operation

  1. Music Master uses 7 AA Alkaline Batteries. Please use only a quality brand Alkaline type battery, we recommend Duracell, or a comparable name brand. Do not use any batteries marked heavy duty, super duty or any rechargeable type as they supply a lover voltage and will not work in the Music Master.
  2. Please locate the two battery plates on the bottom of the device. Remove screws and plates, and install new alkaline batteries, carefully noting the polarity direction of each battery. Re-install the battery plates and screws, and you are ready to Rock!
  3. To turn the Device on, push the rocker switch located on the back of the unit, to the “ON” position, and you should see the red LED light up on the front, top, left corner of the device near the Switch Jack Input. When finished playing with/using the Music Master, always turn the switch back to “OFF” to conserve the batteries.
  4. The Music Master requires a capability switch to operate. Plug one of our switches firmly into the Jack labeled “Switch”. Make sure your switch is plugged into the jack all the way, with no gaps or the switch will not function properly, or at all. You are now ready to operate your Music Master! The Music Master can be operated using the two installed stereo speakers, or with headphones instead, if desired.
  5. For Device Operation: After turning on the Music Master, and plugging in your Switch, make sure the Headphone “ON/OFF” toggle is pushed to the left and selecting “OFF”. This turn’s off the headphone jack, and runs the sound through the two speakers installed at the front of the device. Next, turn the AMP Volume knob, located all the way on the right, clockwise, and you should hear and feel a little “click” as the Amp portion turns on. Keep turning the knob clockwise until you achieve a volume you are happy with.
  6. Start pushing your Capability Switch to make great musical sounds. By adjusting the “Delay” and “Reverb” knobs up or down, you can make some really incredible tones…even mimicking the sound created in a concert hall!
  7. For Headphone Operation: Again, turn on the Amp with the rear Rocker Switch, and plug in your Capability Switch. This time push the “ON”/”OFF” Headphone toggle switch to the Right “ON” position. Make sure both the “HEAD.” and “AMP” Volume Knobs are turned all the way off (as far counter-clockwise as possible….you should also feel a click when they shut off).
  8. Plug in your Headphones to the Headphone Jack on the front panel, just to the left of the Headphone ON/OFF toggle. Again, be sure the Capability Switch of your choice, is plugged fully into the Jack labeled “Switch”. Turn on the Headphone Volume knob by turning clockwise, and be sure to turn in small increments, until desired volume is reached. As with any headphone use, it’s always better to use a comfortable volume level, below the maximum possible volume level. Be sure to use adult supervision for adjusting Headphone volume, if headphones are used.
