TELASUL WARRANTY TERM
Telasul Indústria de Móveis S.A. offers 1 (one) year warranty, with 90 (ninety) days of legal guarantee and 275 (two hundred and seventy-five) days of contractual guarantee, in line with steel kitchens, for defects or manufacturing defects, the period of which starts from the date of issuance of the invoice by the reseller store. This guarantee is valid for the entire territory national and will only have value if accompanied by the respective sales receipt/coupon.
Telasul does not authorize any person or entity, including stores that sell the products that it manufactures, to assume, in its name, any other guarantee than that contained in this certificate, including, but not limited to, those sold at retail under the name of “extended warranty”, which aim to offer an extra period of coverage for problems. Telasul reserves the right to carry out, in its products, eventual modifications it deems necessary, without harming the essential characteristics of the same. Transport costs for repairing products with faults or defects in manufacturing from the dealer to the manufacturer and vice versa, is the responsibility of Telasul.
Not covered by warranty
- Expenses for insurance and/or “extended warranty” services
- Assembly and disassembly;
- Events caused by failures in electrical and hydraulic installations;
- Normal wear and tear resulting from use;
- External agents: water, salt air, oxidation (rust) and fire;
- Lack of observation of any information and recommendations for use or use inappropriate, not recommended or in disagreement with the guidelines provided by Telasul regarding conservation and cleaning;
- Use the product in environments subject to excessive humidity, corrosive gases or in places with high or low temperatures, dust, and acidity;
- Events occurring during transport, loading and unloading and/or agents of nature, as well as like bumps and dents.

- Having the purchase invoice/coupon, ID and CPF in hand, contact the store where you purchased the product and request technical assistance.

To prevent the feet of the products from breaking and/or suffering any damage, it is necessary to have some precautions:
- Do not sit or apply excess weight;
- Do not drag products.
- If it is necessary to move the product, it must be lifted evenly on all four sides, its lower part.
- It is mandatory to fix the furniture to the wall.
