Charge
Plug in the docking station and insert microphones as shown to charge.
- The mics will automatically connect to the soundbar when removed from the dock after charging. The first mic removed will be identified as MIC 1, and the second mic will be MIC 2.
Download the VIZIO app
Create a VIZIO Account and fine-tune your mic settings.
- Activate Bluetooth on your phone while standing next to your soundbar.
- Open the VIZIO app to pair and connect to the soundbar. The app automatically recognizes your soundbar for the first hour after installation.
- After one hour, press and hold the Bluetooth button on your soundbar. Release after 5 seconds to initiate the pairing process for up to 3 minutes.
- Once paired, adjust audio levels like bass, treble, height, ClearDialog, and more.
If you do not have a smartphone, your TV remote will also control soundbar volume, mute, and unmute.
Plug In
Insert and plug-in power cables to the soundbar and subwoofer.
- A sound will play when the soundbar powers on for the first time and the front LED light will turn on.
Microphone Settings
- Settings can be accessed with the microphone mode button and adjusted using the +/–. These can also be adjusted in the VIZIO app, along with additional features.
Microphone Volume
- Press 1x: Adjust microphone sensitivity.
Echo Effect
- Press 2x: Adjust the echo intensity of your voice.
Ambient Light
- Press 3x: Select your favorite color.
Microphones will connect and stay connected up to 60 feet (20 meters) of the MicMe soundbar
Connect to your TV
Connect the soundbar to the HDMI ARC or eARC port on your TV with the included
HDMI cable.
- Once your soundbar is connected to your TV, launch your favorite music app and grab your mic to start singing.
Get to know your MicMe microphones
Microphone Basics
- Fully charged mics have up to 8 hours of battery life. After 10 minutes of no use, mics will go into Sleep mode, and will auto power off after 30 minutes. When powered on, mics will display a greeting, battery life percentage, and identity of MIC 1 or MIC 2. If CONNECTING is displayed for more than 7 seconds, the mic is not connected to the soundbar and you may be out of range. Refer to the online User’s Manual to reconnect your microphone. If your mics become disconnected, press and hold the power button on the bottom of each mic for 2 seconds. Both mics will automatically connect with the MicMe soundbar. Only two mics can be paired to the soundbar at a time. MicMe microphones are only compatible with the VIZIO MicMe Soundbar. For optimal performance, sing into the top of the mic, not into the grey fabric side. Your mic features a Light Reaction. The louder you sing, the higher the ambient light will travel up the mic. Refer to the online User’s Manual for mic care instructions.

MicMe can also connect to your Bluetooth device to stream music. To pair the soundbar with a Bluetooth device:
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the soundbar for 2 seconds.
- The blue LED will blink rapidly and a tone will play twice to indicate the soundbar is in pairing mode.
- Search for VIZIO MicMe SB soundbar in your Bluetooth device settings. Select it and press “Pair.”
- Once the soundbar is paired, the blue LED will stop blinking and a confirmation tone will play.
- Now you can stream music from your Bluetooth device.

Using Bluetooth® to stream music
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on your soundbarand release after 2 seconds OR press the Bluetooth button found within the VIZIO app to initiate Bluetooth pairing. Open“settings” on your mobile device and navigate to Bluetooth. Select your VIZIO Soundbar in “other devices” to pair and connect. Once paired to the soundbar, you can begin streaming music, podcasts, and more.
Understanding HDMI® ARC/eARC
- Your TV may have two or more HDMI ports, only one will be labeled HDMI ARC or HDMI eARC. For optimal audio performance, be sure to connect the HDMI cable to your TV’s HDMI ARC or HDMI eARC port.
- Your soundbar features HDMI eARC for the highest quality audio formats like full-bandwidth Dolby Atmos audio when watching TV. To unlock your soundbar’s full potential, be sure that HDMI CEC and eARC are turned on in your TV settings menu. Refer to your TV user guide for details..
