WIRING
ATTENTION
Please disconnect all power supplies before wiring and pay attention to safety
during wiring.
(1) RS485 Wiring (Cable preparation: shielded twisted-pair cable with a cross-
sectional area of 0.75mm² to 1.5mm² and a communication line length of no more
than 1,000m)
Connect the inverter (Depending on the situation, it may be necessary to
upgrade the inverter version first) Single inverter connection: RS485A2/B2 in
CH1000 are connected to RS485A/RS485B in the COM port of the inverter
respectively. The COM port pins are shown below, where PIN1/PIN2 are RS485A
and PIN3/PIN4 are RS485B.
è`Fix the expansion screws and expose the wall surface about 6.4 mm. mount the CH1000 on the screws.

NOTICE
The meter should be installed in the distribution cabinet or box, not exposed.
Currently supported meter models are Chin meters (DTSU666, DDSU666), which
need to be used with CT. Users are requested to prepare their own CT with
current ratio of 1-9999, no model requirement, and choose the appropriate
aperture according to the wire diameter at the convergence of the inverter.
Refer to the operation manual of the meter for the method of connecting CT
wire and power wire at the meter end.
(2) Antenna and SIM card Installation Installation of Antenna Tighten the
corresponding model antenna against the antenna connector on the CH1000, and
then rotate the antenna handle by 90°
Installation of SIM card For SIM card, please prepare your own large
industrial grade card that fits the slot size (25mm x 15mm x 0.76mm) of this
device. Please power off the device first, judge the direction of SIM card
installation according to the silkscreen of the shell, and press it until the
SIM card locks tightly.

(3) Ethernet port WAN port connection: The Ethernet cable communication
distance does not exceed 100m.

(4) External emergency stop button
Users are requested to provide their own normally closed emergency stop
button. Fixed DI1 is the input interface for the emergency stop switch
(External passive emergency stop switch is required. DI1 is connected to the
“NC” port of the emergency stop switch, and there is no polarity requirement
for the two connecting wires).
