Product Usage Instructions
Installation Environment
Ensure installation space meets requirements: 200mm wall mounting space, 50mm rail mounting space.
Device Installation
CH1000 can be installed via wall mounting, rail mounting, or desktop mounting. Choose as needed.
Wiring
- Attention: Disconnect all power supplies before wiring.
- RS485 Wiring: Connect inverter (A2aB2) and meter (A1aB1).
- Antenna and SIM Card Installation: Install antenna and insert SIM card (25mm x 15mm x 0.76mm).
- Ethernet Port WAN Port Connection: Follow CT connection direction.
- External Emergency Stop Button: Connect to Fixed DI1 interface.
- Power Supply Connection: Use a power supply adapter.
Connected Device
- DIN-Rail Power Supply Wiring: +V Red, -V Black. Power up after completing all wiring.

INSTALLATION ENVIRONMENT
- This product has a protection level of IP20 and should be installed indoors.
- Installation should avoid sunshine and rain.
- Parameters and warning signs must be clearly visible after installation.
- Operating temperature range of -30°C~+65°C. The storage temperature range is -40°C~+80°C. The working environment humidity range is 5%~95%.
- Please pay attention to prevent moisture and corrosive substances.

Installation Space
Installation Of CH1000
CH1000 can be installed in three ways: wall mounting, rail mounting and
desktop mounting, and the user can choose one of these ways according to
needs.
Wall mounting
- Drill holes (hole spacing of 120mm, the depth of the hole is slightly larger than the length of the plastic expansion pipe. (M5*30 self-tapping screws and plastic expansion tubes are supplied with the product).
- Slowly tap the plastic expansion tube into the drilled hole with a hammer.
- Fix the expansion screws and expose the wall surface about 6.4 mm. mount the CH1000 on the screws.

ATTENTION
Please disconnect all power supplies before wiring and pay attention to safety
during wiring.

installation of SiM care
For SIM cards, please prepare your own large industrial-grade card that fits
the slot size (25mm x 15mm x 0.76mm) of this device Please power off the
device first and then insert the SIM card.

Fixed DIl is the input interface for the emergency stop switch (External
passive emergency stop switch is required. Dil is connected to the “NC” port
of the emergency stop switch, and there is no polarity requirement for the two
connecting wires).

APP CONFIGURATION
SCANNING CH1000 AND CONFIGURING WIFI
Scan the barcode of the SN number of CH1000 using the SOFAR Cloud Monitor APP The SOFAR SN number is similar to SD00220004E238100079. Click ‘Replacement Network” to select a WiFi that can access the Internet, and enter the password. Then, “Configuration Successful’ will appear.
