Product Usage Instructions

1. Preparation:
   Before using Trolleflex Foam, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of any debris.

2.  Application:
   Shake the foam canister well before use. Attach the nozzle to the canister and apply the foam to the desired area by pressing the trigger gently.

3. Expansion:
   Allow the foam to expand for 15-30 minutes after application. Do not disturb or touch the foam during this period.

4.  Trimming:
   Once the foam has fully expanded and cured, trim any excess foam using a sharp knife or cutting tool to achieve a neat finish.

5. Cleanup:
   Clean any tools or surfaces with acetone before the foam cures completely.

• Reach compliance
  We hereby declare that all relevant components in Trolleflex tube, is in accordance with REACH regulation 1907/2006. No SVHC substance has been intentionally added to Trolleflex tube and the product does not contain more than 0.1 % of the SVHC substances listed on the candidate list of current date.
  A safety data sheet is available in Swedish but not required for this product.

• RoHS declaration
  We hereby declare that all relevant components in Trolleflex tube, conform to the Direcrive (EU) 2015/863 amendment of the RoHS DIRECTIVE 2011/65/EU, RoHS- Recast, Article 4(1). (RoHS 3 direcitve). The completely installed product is not used in relevant ways affected by this regularion.

• PFAS declaration
  We hereby declare that all relevant components in Trolleflex tube does not contain any PFAS or PFOA substances in any form..

• PAH – Polycyclic hydrocarbons

• We hereby declare that PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) are not knowingly used as a part of our products. In view of the production process and the materials used, the presence of such substances is very unlikely. We cannot exclude other contaminants whose causes cannot be influenced by us with this declaration. There is no final inspection in our production for proof of PAH contamination.

• BASTA declaration
  Trolleflex tube has not yet been registered in the BASTA system. The substances used in the making of the product has been assessed and does not fail any criteria of the BASTA system.

• EDP/Environment information
  Trolleflex tube is not yet declared according to EPD. To our knowledge there are no ingredients or substances which will cause any environmental impact. The product must be disposed of properly according to local regula?ons.
