Cautions

Our products undergo multiple quality checks during development and before they leave the factory. However, please be aware that outdoor environments can be unpredictable.
Using this product cannot guarantee your safety entirely. Misuse of this product, or using it in conditions beyond its intended capabilities, can pose serious risks to personal and property safety. Always pay attention to your surroundings and use this product within the recommended strength range.

Purchase

  • Before purchasing, please ensure that this product is within the weight capacity of your vehicle and rooftop mounting hardware.
  • Generally, our awnings are not highly restrictive regarding vehicle models and can be used with SUVs, pickup trucks, and camping trailers, among others. However, for vehicles with upward-opening rear doors, please ensure your rack is high enough to prevent interference with the awning when opened.
  • For standard brackets, our awning can be mounted on square tubes, round tubes, and horizontally oriented T-slots. For other rack models or shapes, please select the appropriate mounting brackets separately.
  • Please distribute items between the driver’s side and the passenger’s side for ease of installation and use.

Installation

  • Before installation, please ensure that the back panel, mounting bracket, and rack are clean and smooth to prevent wear and inadequate fixation after installation. Install the product on an open, clean, and level surface. Installing on sandy soil, gravel beds, or slopes may cause unnecessary risks and damage.
  • Excessive force during installation may result in product damage. It is recommended that two to three people cooperate during installation to avoid accidents.

Use

  • Avoid using this product in severe weather conditions (such as strong winds, heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, or areas prone to mudslides and landslides).
  • Do not ignite open flames under the product. High temperatures can cause the metal structure to soften, deform, or even break, posing a fire risk.
  • In windy conditions, please deploy the support legs and tighten the wind ropes. If the wind is variable, regularly check the stability of the ground stakes. Due to the large surface area of this product, it is strongly advised not to use it in high winds.
  • Minors should use this product under adult supervision.

Maintenance

  • The cover of this product is made from organic materials. It is not recommended to expose it to external environments for extended periods unless necessary.
  • Prolonged exposure to sunlight and rain may cause issues such as fading, discoloration, weathering, and even cracking.
  • Regularly check the tightness of bolts and nuts (especially after bumpy travels). Vibrations during travel may loosen or dislodge the bolts and nuts.
  • Store this product in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry environment. If the awning is damp when retracting, dry it thoroughly after returning home to prevent mold or rust from prolonged exposure to moisture.
