HINTS & TIPS

It will take a few attempts at cooking with your Induction Hob to get used to how quickly and efficiently it works and to adapt your cooking times accordingly.
The first few times you use the Induction Hob, it may seem to cook very quickly. For the first few uses, don’t use the timer, stay with your food so that you can alter the heat if required.
Because the Induction Hob is so efficient, you may also want to start with a lower cooking temperature than you usually would and increase gradually if necessary.
CAUTION: Even though the Induction Hob may not appear hot, do not touch the appliance until completely cool as it may remain hot for some time after cooking.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

CAUTION: Always disconnect the appliance from the mains before carrying out cleaning or maintenance.

  • Wipe down the CERAMIC PLATE with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
CAUTION: Do not use abrasive cleaning products such as scouring pads to clean the CERAMIC PLATES as this will damage the surface.
WARNING! Never immerse the Induction Hob or power cord in water or any other liquid.

  • Dry thoroughly before storing in a cool, dry place with the power cord loosely coiled.
