INSTALLATION

  • Before connecting the tap, flush the system to remove impurities. Failure to do so may result in damage to the head or a reduction in water flow pressure.
  • The place and method of installation must provide free access for possible dismantling and maintenance or repair work.
  • The tap should be installed by persons with appropriate qualifications. In the case of a product for installation, the Buyer should check its proper functioning before installation and in the presence of the person supervising the work of the product. Any damage caused as a result of unprofessional installation or maintenance is not covered by the warranty.

  • Due to the possibility of impurities in the water that may damage the product components, it is necessary to use angle valves with a filter at the point of connection of the hoses of the free-standing faucet or panel to the installation, or seals with sieves for wall-mounted faucets and rain showers.
  • Do not use sharp tools or keys to screw the flexible hoses to the faucet body.
  • The faucets are intended for installation inside buildings. Do not allow the faucet and the water inside to freeze. During a long absence, it is recommended to turn off the main water valve.
  • Do not leave products unattended during the pressure test and tightness test.
  • It is not recommended to use a thermostatic faucet together with gas and electric flow water heaters. • The manufacturer reserves the right to make production changes and product corrections dictated by technological progress and aesthetic values ​​without prior notice.
  • The manufacturer declares that the color (shade) of the product from the same line may differ slightly and occur in a similar shade. The difference in shade does not constitute a product defect and results from the normal production process.

MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS

The user is obliged to regularly clean: the aerator, ball valves with filter, faucet surfaces and to clean hose connections, mesh filters.
We recommend:

  • Use soft cloths.
  • Do not use agents based on chlorine, alcohol, strong acids, alkalis and solvents.
  • Do not use agents with microgranules.
  • Use biodegradable chemicals with a delicate structure based on fruit acids, i.e. recommended Deante agents.
  • During cleaning, the faucet should be at room temperature.
  • After cleaning, thoroughly rinse the washed surface of any chemical residues and wipe dry.
  • Do not use high-pressure or steam cleaning devices.
