Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Preparing the Dishmachine

Connect the drain hose to a wall or floor drain with a 1-inch
air gap. -
Insert tube stiffener with chemical tubing into corresponding
chemical dispensers. -
Level the dishmachine by adjusting the leveling legs for proper
performance.
Step 2: Powering On the Dishwasher
- Push the power switch to ON position.
Step 3: Programming Chemicals
- Set the delimer switch to NORMAL to operate the machine.
Step 4: Priming Chemicals
- Press and hold down the SANI, DETERGENT, and RINSE switches to
prime chemicals. Repeat this step when changing chemical
containers.
Step 5: Starting the Cycle
- Close the door of the dishmachine.
- Press the start switch to begin the cycle.
Step 6: Filling Water

Hold down the FILL switch for 10-15 seconds to allow water to
flow into the dishwasher. -
Adjust the 4th cam of the timer assembly to maintain water
level during the cycle.

Connect dishmachine to hot water source minimum 120°F required, 140°F temperature recommended.

Press and Hold down “SANI”, “DETERGENT”and “RINSE” switches to prime
chemicals. This step must be repeated each time chemical containers are
changed.
STEP
Close the door, then press start switch.
Hold down “FILL” Switch for approximately 10 – 15 seconds to allow water to
flow into the dishwasher. The 4th cam of timer assembly has to be adjusted to
maintain the same water level during the cycle.
