Safety Overview
- Welcome to use the DC stabilized power supply produced by Shenzhen Guce Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in China (abbreviated as power supply)
- This manual contains important safety instructions that must be followed for the use and storage environment of the power supply. To ensure your personal safety, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with this manual before operation to avoid personal injury caused by improper operation or damage to the power supply and other electronic devices connected to the power supply.
When you receive a brand new power supply, you need to perform necessary checks to ensure that the instrument can be used normally.
- Check for any damage caused by transportation.
- Check if the accompanying accessories are complete and complete.
- Before powering on, please make sure to check whether the input power conversion switch located at the back of the machine matches your actual input voltage.
- Power on the machine to check if the output voltage and current are normal.
If any issues are found during the above inspection, please contact the dealer in a timely manner.

AC voltage input:
Please first determine the allowable AC voltage input for this machine. This machine can achieve two input voltages through the conversion switch on the rear panel: 230V+10% 50Hz/115V+10% 60Hz- When “230V” can be seen, the allowable input voltage is AC230V ± 10%
- When “115V” can be seen, the allowable input voltage is AC115V ± 10%
Incorrect input of AC voltage can cause serious damage to the machine .Please determine the required input voltage value for the machine.
Grounding wire:
When using this machine, please ensure that the power cord is well grounded.
If there is no ground wire in the power socket, a wire can be used to connect
the machine casing to the ground. A good grounding can effectively prevent
machine leakage and reduce output ripple interference.

Correctly connect the load:
- Firmly connect one end of the output wire to the machine wiring terminal according to the positive and negative poles.
- Connect the other end of the output wire firmly to the positive and negative terminals of the load device.
Incorrect connection may cause damage to the power supply and the load connected to the power supply. When connecting a battery or other load, do not reverse the “+” and “-” poles, This may damage the power supply
Ventilation requirements:
- Do not use in areas with ambient temperatures exceeding 40 ℃. The exhaust fan is located at the back of the instrument and should have sufficient space for heat dissipation.
- The positive and negative output terminals need to be correctly connected and in good contact, otherwise the connection will generate heat and damage the machine.
Operating instructions

Constant voltage/constant current mode: The power output mode is divided into two types: constant voltage output (C.V) and constant current output (C.C). The output mode is determined by the voltage and current values set by the user, as well as the load connected by the user. The voltage or current output of the power supply will not exceed the voltage and current values set by the user.
In constant voltage mode, the output voltage value is equal to the voltage value set by the user, In constant current mode, the output current value is equal to the current value set by the user.
In actual CV operation, if the decrease in load resistance leads to an increase in output current to the set current value, the power supply will automatically switch to CC mode. When the load resistance continues to decrease, the current will remain at the current set value, and the voltage will decrease proportionally (I=V/R). At this point, increasing the load resistance value or increasing the current setting value can restore the CV output state. -
Voltage setting:
Adjust the voltage coarse adjustment knob to the desired voltage value. -
Current setting:
-
Adjust the voltage to below 5V

Contact the positive and negative terminals of the power output line (i.e. short-circuit operation)

Adjust the current coarse and fine adjustment knob to the desired current value
-
Relieve the short circuit, i.e. having a pre-set current value
Product maintenance
Regular inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of the machine can help extend its lifespan. Please follow the following steps to maintain the machine:
- Turn off the power switch.
- Gently wipe the casing, upper cover, and ventilation holes with a soft cloth and mild cleaning agent.
- Visually inspect all power lines and terminals for any collisions, looseness, thermal corrosion, moisture, or insect bites. If there is any damage, please replace the power cord or terminal with the same size or specification in a timely manner.
Replacing fuses:
If the fuse burns out, the machine will stop working. To correct the cause of
the blown fuse, replace it with a fuse of the same specification.
For effective safety protection, only specific specifications of fuses can be replaced. Before replacing a fuse, the power must be turned off and the power cord unplugged from the power socket

circumstances

- Customers dismantle or repair products independently
