Indicator Lights

  1. When wireless charger is connected to power source first time, all indicators will light on for 3s. Then the indicator will light off.

  2. Blue lights on means the device is charging normally.

  3. When the wireless charger attach the foreign objects, the indicators will flash blue light. (Except for the watch indicator)
    EX: When the cellphone indicator flashes blue light, there are some foreign objects on the surface of the cellphone charging pad.

  4. The blue light flashes, indicating abnormal charging. (Except for the watch indicator)

  5. When the blue light flashes, the device wasn’t placed on the right charging place.

Reminder

  1. Make sure your devices support wireless charging before using.
  2. It is recommended to use the original charging cable and adapter.
  3. Please remove the cellphone/earbuds case before charging.
  4. Don’t use or place the product at high temperature or expose direct to the sun.
  5. Don’t immerse the product in water or near ignition sources.
  6. When the function temperature exceeds 104 ℉, the charging will be interrupted to avoid damage to the cellphone/watch/earbuds battery.
  7. AirPods 2nd has two different versions of charging cases. A1938 supports wireless and wired charging. A1602 wired charging only.

FAQ

Q1: How do wireless charging speeds compare to a traditional wired charger?
A1: It depends on your device, adapter, and wireless charger. It is recommended to use the adapter for the product. Once the wireless charger’s input is lower than 5V/3A 9V/2A, the charging speed will be lower.
Q2: Does the wireless charger hold a charge when unplugged, like an AirPod charger?
A2: NO! The wireless charger doesn’t contain an inside battery to store power.
Q3: How do I know whether my device can use it?
A3: Please read the compatible sheet before purchasing.
Q4: Can I use the wireless charger in another country while traveling?
A4: The package contains an 18W adapter that can be used on the 100-240V power source.
Q5: Will the wireless charger still charge with a protective case on the back?
A5: Please take off the cellphone or earbuds cases before charging.
Q6: Why would the charging speed for iphone get slower when it reaches 80% of the power?
A6: Please check if the cellphone is in trickle charge status. Then, try the following to improve the charging speed:
Open [Settings] – [Battery] – [Battery Health] – [Turn off battery optimization].

Troubleshoot

  1. When the phone or watch cannot be fully charged, try the following:
    Open [Settings] – [Battery] – [BatteryHealth] – [Turn off battery optimization].

  2. When the blue light flashes, indicating abnormal charging, please check whether peripherals are around.

  3. When the wireless charger stops charging, please reassemble the product and try it again.
