DEWALT DCE6820B Powered Water Tank Instructions

Trouble Shooting

Symptom: After opening a new DCE6820B Powered Water Tank, upon initial start up, the tank supplies no water.

  1. Check to make sure the suction pipe is placed in the water.
  2. Check whether the nozzle is open.

If the suction pipe and the nozzle are in the correct positions, the valve core in the pump may have dried out and sticks to the valve seat. If the motor runs when the new machine started but the nozzle can’t spray water, please follow below guide to make the machine run normally:

  1. Take out the water suction pipe and blow air into it with 2 Bar air pressure. Use your hand to feel the gas flowing out of the nozzle and keep it for more than 5 seconds.
  2. Restart the machine to test whether it is running normally
