Product Introduction

Please read this Quick Guide carefully before using the product and keep it properly

The illustrations of the product, accessories, user interface, etc. in the instructions for use are schematic diagrams and are for reference only. Due to the renewal and upgrading of the product, there may be slight differences between the actual product and the schematic diagram. Please refers to the actual product.

Use

Charging

  • Charging the headphones
    Put the headphone into the charging box, and the headphone will automatically charge.

  • Charging the headphone box
    Charge the charging box using the Type-C charging cable. When charging, the charging box indicator light will flash green light slowly. If the charging box complete charging, the charging box indicator light will keep green for a long time.

  • Charging time: 40-60 minutes

Tip : 5V/1A charging plug is recommended for charging. Do not use charging products with an output voltage greater than 5V for charging. This is to avoid damage to the charging box.

Start-up
Open the charging box and the headphone will start up automatically.

Sleeping
Put the headphone back into the charging box, close the box cover, and the headphone will automatically disconnect, entering into sleep state.

Wear
Take out the headphone from the charging box and wear it according to the left and right marks of the headphone.
Tip : After use, put the headphone back to the charging box in time. This is to prolong the service life and prevent loss.

Connections

Connecting equipment

  1. Make sure that the headphone is in the charging box, open the charging box cover, and the headphone will automatically enter the pairing state.
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth of the device, search and connect “ZF Luna Pro”.
  3. If it connects successfully, the left headphone will turn from red and blue flashing into often off state.

Clear connection records
Take out the headphone from the charging box. 2At the same time, click the left and right headphone touch area for 7 times, the headphone will reset. In other words, the old connection record will be cleared. And the left headphone indicator light flashes red and blue, which means the headphone enters the pairing mode again.

  • Start-up
    Method 1: Take out the headphone from the charging box for automatic start-up and pairing.
    Method 2: Press and hold the headphone touch area for 2 seconds to start the machine.

  • Shutdown
    Method 1: Put the headphone directly into the charging box, and the headphone will automatically shut down and start charging.
    Method 2: Press and hold the headphone touch area for 5 seconds to shut down. If the headphone is not connected for 3 minutes, it will automatically shut down.

Calling

After the phone is connected
Tapping the headphone touching area on either side for 2 times can answer the incoming call, and pressing the headphone touching area on either side for 2 seconds can reject the call. When dialing the phone,tapping the headphone touching area on either side for 2 times can interrupt the dialing. When talking, tapping the headphone touching area on either side for 2 times can hang up. If the headphone is connected to the same device again, the headphone will automatically connect with the device after opening the cover with headphone automatically started. At the same time, there will be voice remind “Bluetooth Connection Successful”.

Tip : Due to the connection characteristics of Bluetooth signal, intermittent disconnection or silentness may occur occasionally where electromagnetic signal interference is dense at 24GHz.

Safety Warning

  • Do not disassemble, repair or modify the headphone for any reason, otherwise it may cause fire or even completely damage the product.

  • In order to prevent possible hearing damage, do not use this product with high volume for a long time.
  • The headphone is not a toy and may contain some small parts. Please place the headphone and its accessories in a place where children cannot reach.
  • Putting the battery into fire or hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting the battery may cause explosion.
  • Placing the battery in an extremely high temperature environment may result in explosion or leakage of flammable liquids or gases.
  • Battery at very low pressure may cause explosion or leakage of combustible liquids or gases.
  • Product information and certification marks are located in the charging box.
  • Replacing an incorrect type of battery may damage protective measures (e. g. fire, explosion, leakage of corrosive electrolyte, etc.).
  • If a power adapter is used for charging, the power adapter should meet the requirements of the appropriate safety standard or attain CCC certification
  • The product contains non-removable lithium battery. Do not replace the battery by yourself to avoid damage to the battery or equipment. The battery can only be replaced by an authorized service center and must be replaced with the same type of battery. Replacing with wrong model may cause explosion. Please do not throw old batteries into household garbage. Please dispose of the headphone and used batteries according to local requirements.

Attention: If the battery is not replaced properly, there may occur explosion. Only the same type or equivalent type of battery can be used for replacement.

FAQS

  1. Headphone cannot be started up
    Check whether the headphone is powered or not, judging by connecting the USB cable
    through the charging box, and charging the earphone for more than one hour.

  2. The headphone has sound for only one side or the headphone cannot be paired successfully

  3. Confirm whether the two headphones are powered or not and whether they can be started up normally or not.

  4. When the pair of headphones is shut down, click the touch area 7 times on the left and right headphones at the same time to enter the factory setting.

  5. Press for 2 seconds to start the headphone or directly take out the headphone from the charging box to start it automatically, and then the headphone can connect the device.

  6. The cell phone cannot search Bluetooth device

  7. Confirm whether two headphones are powered on or not.

  8. Check whether the headphone is connected to other Bluetooth devices or not.

  9. Change to an empty area, restart the headphone and operate the pair.

  10. Stuck or disconnection when headphone calling or listen to songs

  11. The headphone is in low battery state.

  12. The straight distance between the cell phone and the headphone (unobstructed) exceeds 10 meters.

  13. There is a large area of signal blocking between the cell phone and the headphone, such as wall.

  14. There is no pairing synchronization between the left and right headphones, so it needs to shut down and re start up for pairing again.
