Product Usage Instructions

Installation Steps

Rail Installation:
Install EPDM rubber onto the rail. Locate the rail position as shown in the drawing and mark it after placing it. Connect the remaining rails through rail connectors, place them according to the drawing, and tighten the bolts.

Front/Rear Leg Installation:
Place the front leg as shown in the drawing, fix it with M8*25 bolts and clamps, then adjust and lock the corresponding bolts. Repeat the same for the rear leg installation.

Ballast Installation:
Place the ballast plate on the rail as indicated in the drawing. Place the ballast on the ballast plate and repeat the steps to complete the ballast placement.

Panel Installation:
Place the panel on the front leg slot and the slope of the rear leg. Install bottom clamps by pressing them into the card slot, locking the bolt, and pressing the panel tightly. Follow similar steps for end clamp installation and inter clamp installation.

Complete Installation:
Complete the installation process by following the above steps diligently.

Locate rail position

1. Install EPDM rubber onto the rail

2. Locate the rail position as the drawing shows, and mark the rail position after placing it

3. Connect the remaining rails through rail connector and place them according to the location in the drawing, then tighten the bolts

4. As shown in the picture after installation

Install front/rear leg

1. Place the front leg as the drawing shows,fix the front leg with M8*25 bolts and clamps, then adjust and lock the corresponding bolts

2. Place the rear leg as the drawing shows,fix the rear leg with M8*25 bolts and clamps, then adjust and lock the corresponding bolts

3. Repeat the above steps to install all front and rear legs making sure that the top surface of the front/rear legs in the same row are at the same height to ensure the normal installa-tion of panels

Install ballast

1. Place the ballast plate on the rail as the drawing shows

2. Place the ballast on the ballast plate

3. Repeat the above steps to complete the ballast placement

Install panel

1. Place the panel on the front leg slot and the slope of the rear leg

2. Bottom clamp installation: press the bottom clamp into the card slot as the picture shows, lock the bolt, and press the panel tightly

3. End clamp installation: press the end clamp into the card slot as the picture shows, lock the bolt, and press the panel tightly

4. Inter clamp installation: place the panels in sequence according to the drawing as the picture shows, and place an inter clamp between two panels, then tighten the bolts

5. The remaining end clamp installation: place the panels in sequence according to the drawing as the picture shows, on the other side of the same row of panels,repeat steps 4.2/4.3
