Q: What should I do if my device is exposed to water?
A: If the device gets wet, rinse off any residue and dry it properly. The device is rated IP48, meaning it can resist solid particles and withstand submersion in fresh water for up to 30 minutes at a depth of 5 ft.

Q: How can I activate my device without a SIM card?
A: Depending on your wireless carrier, if no SIM card is included, you may be able to activate your device with the built-in eSIM by following the prompts on the device.

Q: Can I use my old SIM card with the new device?

The conversational gain listed on the device box represents the lowest conversational gain found across all tested conditions.
