1.2 How to Install
- Use a bracket on the wall and use a pen to circle the 4 points where you need to install the screws.
- Use a tool to punch holes at the 4 points circled
- Install the bracket frame on the wall with screws
- Fix the two stands on the back of the Smart board
- Lift up the whiteboard and get it stuck on the bracket frame
Note: When stuck on the stand, jam the bottom first, then the top.
1.3 Control panel

Magnetic area for attaching the stylus. -
Power: Power button with LED indicator
• A short press (<3 seconds) to turn the display on or off without turning the system down.
•Long press (>3 seconds) to shut down the system.
Leading indicators:
-White: This system is turned on.
– Flashing white and red: The system is in standby mode.
-Not turn on: This system is shut down.
With the built-in automatic light sensor, users can enable the automatic light function to automatically adjust the LCD screen brightness based on ambient light. This feature is comfortable for the eyes and helps optimize energy effectively.
NOTE: When enabling this feature, make sure the automatic light sensor is not blocked. -

1.3.2 Input And Output Terminal

1.4 Remote Control
1.4.1 General Functions

[ ]: Switch button: Turn the power on or off.

[ ]:Mute button: Press once to temporarily turn off the sound. Press this key again to restore the sound

[Number keys]: Press any number key from 0-9 to directly select the corresponding video channel. It has a playback function. Press the number keys on other channels.
You can go to this TV channel. -

[VOL +][VOL +]:Press this button to adjust the volume, increase or decrease.

[CH.+][CH.-]: Press this button to change channels up or down. Not working

[Z00M]: Press this button to zoom in or out.

[SLEEP]: Press this button to set the sleep time.

[ ]: Select on-screen menus or change menu values. Press the OK key to confirm your selection or enter a submenu. When watching digital TV programs, press[ ▲ ]Record a program. When pressed [ ▼ ], the recording list will be displayed. Press[ ◄ ]to switch time, press[ ►]to play or pause playback.
Main Connections
2.1 Connect the Power Supply
-
To operate your interactive display, be sure to use the correct power cord that matches the power outlet in your area.
(1) Connect one end of the power cord to the AC IN connector on the interactive display.
(2) Connect the other end of the power cord to an electrical outlet or power source.
(3) Set the main power switch to “On”. Notice: -
Before making any connections, make sure the interactive display is not connected to an electrical outlet. Connecting cables while the power is on may cause electric shock or personal injury.

When unplugging the power cord, hold the power cord plug. Never pull on the rope.
2.2 Connecting A Computer or Portable Device
2.2.1 Using RS232 Input
Connect one end of a RS232 serial cable to the RS232 connector of the interactive display and the other end of an RS232 serial cable to the RS232 connector of the computer.
2.2.2 Using HDMI Input
Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI IN and the other end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT connector of the computer.
2.2.3 Using the Touch Module
Interactive display has touch screen functionality which allows you to connect
a computer to the display and control the computer’s interface via touch
gestures on the display. To use this touch screen function, connect the USB
cable to the TOUCH and a computer or USB cable to the 3.1 port of the display
and a computer. In addition, perform the following connection:
- For TOUCH, connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI IN and the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT port of the computer.
- For USB type-C, connect one end of the USB cable to the 3.1 port of the display and the other end of the USB cable to the USB type-C port of the computer.

NOTE:
- The touch driver will be installed automatically for the following operating systems:
-Multi-touch point Windows 7/8/10/11, Android/Linux (kernel version 3.5+) and Chrome OS (39 or above). - Certain touch gestures, such as zoom-in, zoom-out and rotate, may not work depending on the application or software your computer supports.
- This Touch USB port works only for the touch screen functionality and does not support the external USB devices, such as MP3, printer, and hard drive, or other devices.
2.3 Connecting External Equipment (Video Player)
Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI IN and the other end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT connector of the video player.
2.4 Connecting to A Wired Network
2.4.1 Connect to Wireless Network
Connect one end of the A-network cable (RJ45) to the LAN connector in this
interactive demonstration and the other end of the A-network cable to a
network center, switch, or router.
2.4.2 Connect to wireless network
Set up the network via Settings – Wireless & Networks
-Wi-Fi: Connects to an available wireless access point. Enter the access password if prompted.
-Ethernet: Connects to LAN through a wired connection. Configures IP settings manually (Obtain IP Address Automatically is disabled) or automatically (Obtain IP Address Automatically is enabled).
-Hotspot: Shares interactive display’s Internet connection to other devices through hotspot and configures hotspot DHCP settings (if necessary).
-Bluetooth: Connects to other Bluetooth devices.
2.5 Connecting Audio Equipment
Connect one end of an audio cable to the AUDIO OUT connector of the
interactive display and the other end of an audio cable to the AUDIO IN
connector of the audio device.
For digital audio output, connect one end of an audio cable to the SPDIF
connector of the interactive display and the other end of an audio cable to
the SPDIF IN connector of the audio device.
2.6 Connecting USB Interface Devices
Connect a USB interface device to 2.0 or 3.0 ports of the interactive display.
3. System description
3.1 About the Home Screen
Enter the main interface by default after startup

function, and rearranging tools icons in the Assistive menu. Refer to pages
13-27.
Note: The Assistive menu icons / are visible on both sides of the interactive
display.
2| Date and Time| Displays the current date and time. Adjust the settings in
Settings menu.
3| App Shortcuts| Quickly accesses the home, Whiteboard app, Setting, Note,
Task, and Back.
4| Commonly used APPs| Some commonly used APPs: whiteboard writing, file
manager, wireless screen sharing and browser.
5| Status bar| The status bar is in the upper right corner of the main
interface. Display the network status of the current machine. It can also be
used as a shortcut for hotspot, Ethernet, wireless network (WIFI), and a
screen code.
Note:
In Android mode, if no touch activity is detected within 15 minutes, the
device will prompt to shut down for energy saving purposes. If no action is
taken, the device will shut down auto after 10 seconds.
3.1.1 Floating Tool
Long press with two finger to exhale the floating ball, and it will
automatically hide after five minutes.
3.1.2 Turn Off/ Turn On the Screen
After the screen is tun on or turn off, long press with five fingers to make the
screen in to sleep or wake up.
Note: The Floating tool and long press with five fingers to turn off the screen
tool can close through setting app.
3.1.3 Status Bar
- Click , Enter the hotspot setting interface. This icon can also indicate the hotspot switch status, which is currently turned on.
- Click , Enter the Ethernet setting interface. This icon can also indicate the Ethernet connection status, which is not currently connected.
- Click , Enter the WIFI setting interface. This icon can also indicate the WIFI connection status, which is currently connected.
3.2 Function introduction
The sidebar is divided into left and right sidebars, Click, which on the
left/right side of the screen to call up the sidebar1 Touch the icon on either
sides of the interactive display.

Return
Click , return or exit the current program.
Note:
Back function is available only if the source is Android. -
Home Page
Click , enter the main interface of the system. -
Task
Click , enter the process management interface, and you can choose to enter or close the application. Do any of the following:
-To reopen: Touch the app.
-To close: Click the X under the APP to close the task.
-To close all apps: Touch Clean All.
3.2.1 Navigation bar
Note: Recently used apps function is available only if the source is Android
3.2.2 Shortcut

Whiteboard
Click , enter whiteboard application. This is a shortcut. The details refer to pages 27-32. -
Finder
Click , enter finder application to find out the files which you need OR which file you save. This is a shortcut -
More applications
Click , Pop-up interface for more applications, Users can view or open system applications in here
You can create a shortcut by touching and dragging the application icon to the sidebar, and dragging the application icon in the sidebar will prompt you to delete the shortcut. Click the prompt message to delete the application shortcut, which can be recreated.
3.2.3 System Settings
Click the app , enter system settings. System settings mainly include wireless
and network, personalization, input and output, system and other functions.
3.2.3.1 Wireless and Network
- Ethernet: set the Ethernet function on or off to automatically obtain IP address or manually set Ethernet information such as IP and gateway.
- WI-FI: Set the WIFI switch status. After it is turned on, the available network can be automatically obtained and displayed.
- Hotpot: set the hotspot on or off, and you can configure the hotspot name and password.
- Bluetooth: Set whether Bluetooth is visible to other devices, rename Bluetooth devices or view received files, and connect to devices in the list of available devices.
3.2.3.2 Personal
- Wallpaper: static or dynamic wallpaper can be set, and custom wallpaper can also be added.
- Screen saver: you can set the default screen saver or add a custom screen saver picture.
- Screen lock password: After setting the password, you need to enter the password to wake up the screen.
3.2.3.3 Input & Output

Equipment management: a. Turn on or off USB lock

Input settings: Input channel alias can be set.
3.2.3.4 System
- Date & time: 12/24 hour system is optional, whether to use network time is optional, and date format and time zone can be set.
- Language & keyboard: set system language, switch input method, virtual keyboard entity keyboard options.
- Region: Select the country and region to use.
- Storage: View internal storage usage and running memory usage.
- Startup & shutdown: startup channel, scheduled startup/shutdown plan, shutdown prompt, screen saver time, sleep time, and screen saver display.
- System Update: The latest upgrade package can be detected for upgrading.
- Reset factory: The data will be cleared and the factory settings will be restored.
3.2.3.5 About
3.2.4 Transcreen
Click the app Transcreen to choose cast screen wirelessly, you can transmitter
demo, Download the Transcreen app for screen wirelessly, or scan the QR code
for screen wirelessly.
3.2.5 Annotation
The annotation mode can increase the user’s reading experience. In this mode,
the user can scribble and annotate freely in the interface according to the
user’s idea, so as to facilitate communication and explanation between users.

- Annotate : This function is used by default when entering annotation mode,click the icon again to select the thickness and color of the pen.
- Brush: Click the icon to select the brush function.
- Clean: Click the icon , clear all writing traces in the interface and return to the original state after do that.
- Save: When you click the icon , the save selection bar is called up, and users can choose to save to local or cloud disk, also can customize the name of the annotation file (named by time by default), and click the save button to save it.
- More: Click the icon , to open the finder, insert, share or transfer to cloud. Click the icon insert, it will open the whiteboard page, then you can choose the mind-map, table shape and ect to insert into.
- Close: Click the icon , to close.
3.2.6 Whiteboard System
3.2.6.1 Smart Board System
Click the icon , to open the system. There are two columns: Quick Setting
and Advanced Setting.
The Quick setting interface can select signal source channel, eye protection
mode, volume and brightness settings.
The Advanced Setting column is about our Audio, Screen, Display.
You can also select some specific scene modes, such as conference mode,
classroom mode or custom mode.
3.2.7 Tools
Click the icon , The interactive display features several tools, such as
Timer, Stopwatch, record, Freeze, Crop, Split screen, ScreenLock, Camera and
more.
Click button “Edit” to sort or reset these tools by touching and dragging the tool icon. Click “+” in the upper right corner of the icon to add to the desktop, click button “Reset” to reset, and click button “Finish” to save the modification.
3.2.7.1 Timer
Click the icon to enter the Timer function. Set the countdown time by touching
and sliding. Click “Start” to start the countdown, and ring a reminder when it
is over.
3.2.7.2 Record
Click the icon enter screen recording mode, move position by touching and
dragging the popup.
- Click the icon to set the resolution and path for saving the recording screen.
- Click the icon to start screen recording after the countdown of 3 seconds.
- At this time, click the icon to pause the recording. After pausing, click again to continue the recording. Click again to expand and change . Click again to collapse . Click to end the recording and save. After saving, you will be prompted whether to open the file for viewing.
- Click the to exit the screen recording tool.
3.2.7.3 Stopwatch
Click the icon to enter the stopwatch tool, and click button “start” to start
timing. You can pause the timing by click button “Pause” or count the number
of times by click button “Lap” after starting the timing. You can continue the
timing by click button “continue” or re-time by click button “Reset” after
pause.
3.2.7.4 Freeze
After clicking the icon , the current interface will remain unchanged. You can
zoom in or zoom out and drag to view the current interface.
3.2.7.5 Crop
Click the icon to enter the screenshot mode. Touch and drag the location and
size of the screenshot box, and click to save the screenshot (the saving path
will be prompted for viewing), or click to cancel the screenshot. Click to box
select the entire screen, click again to restore the previous size, and click
to insert the screenshot into the shortcut whiteboard for editing.
3.2.7.6 Split Screen
Click the icon to enter the split screen mode, and two applications can be
displayed at the same time. The application that supports split screen mode
will be prompted. Click in to close the application in the current area, and
click to exchange the areas displayed in the two application interfaces.
3.2.7.7 Camera
Click the icon to enter the camera mode and display the camera interface.
3.2.7.8 Pollkit
Click the icon to enter the voting settings. In the quick mode, touch and drag
the number to set the number of options. There are two functions to check:
whether to be anonymous and whether to select multiple. After setting, the
voting QR code can be generated, and the user can scan the code to vote.
Advanced mode will generate QR code to set more options.
3.2.7.9 Fast File Transfer
Click the icon to open the file fast transfer tool, which will generate a QR
code for users to scan and upload files.
3.2.7.10 Calendar
Click the icon to enter the calendar tool to view the perpetual calendar.
You can also view and create new to-do items by click . The time is set by
touching and sliding the date.
3.2.7.11 Touchoverlay
Click the icon to enter the touch lock mode. Click the icon in the lower left
corner to lock. After locking, touch lock. At this time, touching other places
is invalid. Click again to restore touch. Note: This icon will be hidden
automatically, and will be called out by clicking anywhere on the screen.
3.2.7.12 Screen Lock
Click the icon to lock the screen. You need to set the lock screen password.
When you wake up the screen, you need to enter the lock screen password.
3.2.7.13 Calculator
Click the icon to enter the calculator tool.

4.1 Whiteboard
4.1.1 Enter whiteboard
There are two ways to enter the whiteboard:
- Click icon to enter the whiteboard writing application from the main interface.
- Click icon (left or right) —> Click icon to enter whiteboard writing application
- Click icon (left or right) —> Click icon —>click icon , enter whiteboard writing application
4.1.2 Basic Functions
4.1.2.1 Menu
Click the icon , to open the menu. You can Add new file through , open other
finder, save the file, import & export, Choose the theme, send email or setting.

Setting Click the setting in the lower of menu, to call up the setting bar.

Theme Click the theme to choose the theme bar

Export & Import Click the Export & Import to save &insert IMG, PDF, SVG, IWB
4.1.2.2 Pen
Pen: Click the icon to enter the brush function, touch to write, click again
to set the brush thickness and color, and to customize the brush color.
4.1.2.3 Erase
Erase: Click the icon , and touch erase by default. Click the icon again to
select the circle erase or slide clear function. Circle erase, that is, the
contents in the circle will be cleared, and slide clear to the right to clear
the contents of the current whiteboard page.
4.1.2.4 Ruler
Ruler: Click the icon , and choose the ruler you need.
4.1.2.5 Shape
Shape: Click the icon , and there have 2D AND 3D shape and color can be
choose, click the shape which you want, and write it.
4.1.2.6 Table
Table: Click the icon , to insert a table in the center of the page. At this
time, touch and drag any position in the table to move the table, and touch
and drag the small dots at four corners to control the table size.
4.1.2.7 Mind-map
Mind-map: Click the icon , to insert the Mind-map, click “+”to add bracket,
click “_” to delete bracket.
4.1.2.8 Share
Click the icon , then scan the code to make a share.
4.1.2.9 Exit
Click the icon to exit the whiteboard application. If there is unsaved
content, you will be prompted whether to save and leave
4.1.2.10 List
Click the icon , to open the list.
4.1.2.11 Page Operation Instructions
- Click the icon to add a new page and switch the current page to a new page.
- When there are multiple pages, you can click and icon to switch pages.
- Click 2/2 to view all page thumbnails. You can switch or delete a page thumbnail..
4.2 Finder
4.2.1 Interface Introduction
Click the icon or icon to enter the file browsing application. The left side of
the file browser displays local files and cloud hard disks.
4.2.2 Display Mode

Classify: The above column can display the contents of the current directory by format.
a. When you click “Doc”, the main contents displayed are: Word, Excel, PDF,TXT files;
b. When clicking “Note”, ENB or JPG files will be displayed;
c. When you click “Picture”, the image format file will be displayed, such as PNG,JPG, etc;
d. When clicking “Media”, the audio (MP3) video (MP4) format file will be displayed; -
sort: Click the icon to sort files by name, type, size and time

4.2.3 Toolbar
- Renovate: Click the icon to refresh the file content.
- Search: Click the icon to enter the file name to search the file in the current directory.
- New: Click the icon to create a new folder.
- Exit: Click icon to exit file browsing.
4.2.4 Select
Click the icon to perform file operation on the file.
- Click the box at the top right corner of the folder to select the file.
- Click the icon to select all the current directory files.
- Click the icon to deselect the selected content.
- Click the icon to copy the selected file to the pasteboard.
- Click the icon to cut the selected file to the pasteboard.
- Click to paste the contents of the pasteboard into the current directory.
- Click the icon to delete the selected file contents.
- Click the icon to rename the selected file (only one can be selected at a time.
4.3 Browser
Click the main interface icon to enter the browser applications
4.4 Keepar
Click icon (left or right) —> click icon —>click icon enter keeper
application.
- Click the icon to clear the memory space.
- Click to automatically clean up useless files.
- Click to optimize memory and clean garbage.
- Click icon to view version information.
- Click the icon to exit the tablet butler application.
4.5 Screen share
4.5.1 Function Introduction
The main function of the application is to project the contents of mobile
phones, tablets or computers onto the conference all-in-one machine HKMLC
through wireless transmission, and truly realize the wireless screen HKMLC
transmission function of the projection device and the projected device (note:
mobile phones, tablets or computers need to be in the same LAN as the
conference.
4.5.2 Operation Introduction
Click the main interface icon to enter the application main interface.
Operating instructions:
a. After the mobile phone or tablet is connected, scan the code to download
the client and install it. (The IOS system does not need to install the
client); The computer downloads and installs the screen transfer assistant
client according to the download address.
b. After installation, the device and the all-in-one machine use the same
network. The screen can be cast by opening the screen transfer assistant of
Android mobile phone to scan the QR code. The screen can also be transferred
by opening the AirPlay connection device of Apple mobile phone. The screen can
also be successfully transferred by entering the screen transfer code of the
computer.
4.5.3 Settings
Click the icon to expand the setting box, which can open and close the screen
code display, device visibility, intelligent full-screen function, and also
can conduct problem feedback and view about the application.
4.6 Cloud Driver
Cloud disk, you can add a cloud disk account. Click the icon to add a cloud
disk account, and you will be prompted to select the cloud disk type, Select
the appropriate type and enter the account password to verify login.
4.7 Theme
Click the theme thumbnail to view the large image. Click “choose” to set it as
a theme.
