WIND SHIELD TREATMENT KIT
Make sure to apply the coatings in a well-ventilated environment. Wear gloves and mask. Wash hands after application.
Directions:
- Thoroughly clean glass (i.e., windshield) with a streak-free glass cleaner. spotLESS Cleaner is provided for your convenience for best cleaning results prior to spotLESS Windshield Treatment application.
- Wait until the surface is completely dry before applying the Windshield Treatment
- Spra
- y spotLESS Windshield Treatment onto the windshield in circular motions with a cloth, in a manner similar to cleaning glass. Roughly 10 – 15 pumps should be give all you need to cover a typical car windshield surface. Alternately, you can spray the coating onto a paper towel and wipe the glass surface uniformly.
- Wait for 5 minutes to cure.
- At this point, you may observe a haze on the surface. This is normal. This haze should then be removed with spotLESS Cleaner included in the kit. If you run out of Cleaner, rubbing alcohol (e.g., 90% isopropyl alcohol) can be used in its place.
Tips:
- Coating can produce haze when there is excess left on the surface. This haze can be removed with Cleaner included in the kit. Multipurpose glass cleaner or, most effectively, rubbing alcohol (90% isopropyl alcohol) may be used in place of Cleaner to remove haze.
- Coating will not adhere to plastics or paints.
- Coating will not immediately damage paints or other external surfaces, but wipe off residues to avoid prolonged interaction.
- Store coatings upright and well-sealed. Leaking may damage nonglass surfaces.
- Applying in high humidity or rainy weather will lead to poor results.
- For best use, use paper towels or cloths with similar texture.
