INSTRUCTION

• 2-Person Meeting Pod

INSTALLATION

1. Secure Connecting Steel Dowels to Panels
   Insert connecting steel dowel plate into marking hole and insert four 3/4” screws through flat plate to secure. Repeat the step for all 4 steel dowels.

2. Insert Steel Dowels into Joint Holes
   Line up steel dowels so that they are flush with joint holes on adjacent panels. Push against the outer walls of pod until the panels are flushed.

3. Secure Panels
   Adjust the panel bracket, attached to the bottom of the panel, so the open end fits around the stand-alone bolt on the bottom of an adjacent panel.

4. Connect Main Power
   Assemble the connector joint by securing the male and female halves together and secure with connector clips on top and bottom of assembly

5. Secure Connecting Steel Dowels to Top Panel
   Insert connecting steel dowel plate into marking hole on the bottom side of the top panel and insert four 3/4” screws through flat plate to secure. Repeat step for all 10 steel dowels.

6. Connect Power to Top Panel
   Assemble the connector joint by securing the male and female halves together and secure with connector clips on top and bottom of the assembly. Once connected, tuck the completed assembly into slot at top of side panel.

7. Secure Top Panel
   Line up steel dowels so they are flush with joint holes on adjacent panels. Push against the outer walls of pod until the panels are flushed.

8. Place Seats Inside Pod
   Tilt the seat at a 45-degree angle. Slide into the pod while tilting the seat back so the seat sits flat on the floor. Repeat for the other side.

9. Secure Leg-to-Table
   Secure 4 screws through pre-drilled table base holes and into the bottom of the table surface.

10. Secure Table to Back Panel of Pod
    Secure table bracket to back panel using 3 bolts. Once secure, place table over bracket, lining up pre-drilled holes on bottom of table surface and secure.

• What tools are needed for assembly?
  You will need a screwdriver to insert the screws into the steel dowel plates and secure the table leg and bracket.

• How long does it take to assemble the pod?
  The assembly time can vary, but it typically takes about 1-2 hours to complete the installation.

• Can the pod be disassembled and moved?
  Yes, the pod can be disassembled and reassembled in a different location if needed.
