Product Usage Instructions
Icon Profile:
The LightTrip (US) App features various icons for different functions:
- Start/stop icon: Click to start or stop ventilation.
- Sleep icon: Click to enter the sleep therapy interface.
- Report icon: Click to enter the data report interface.
Use of Software:
Software Installation: To install the LightTrip (US) App:
- Search for LightTrip (US) App in the Software App Store.
- Click to download and install it.
Bluetooth Management:
To manage Bluetooth connections: Connect the device to a power outlet and
press the Bluetooth button on the device.
Software Profile
Intended Use
The Luna TravelPAP™ system is a CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure)
device designed for the treatment of adult Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) only,
either in the hospital or at home. The Luna TravelPAP™ system is for
prescription use only. It is a travel CPAP device intended for single-patient
use. The LightTrip (US) App is a mobile application for patients to remotely
operate the Luna TravelPAP and transmit, store and display usage and treatment
information. It can also receive parameters and device firmware upgrade data
from the cloud, and then transmit this data to the device. The LightTrip (US)
App also allows healthcare professionals to remotely configure compatible OSA
therapy devices. The LightTrip (US) App is for prescription use only.
LightTrip (US) App is designed for the Luna TravelPAP™ device only.

Icon Profile
Use of Software
Software Installation
Search LightTrip (US) App (LightTrip) in the Software App Store. Click to
download and install it.
Bluetooth Management
Connection with Bluetooth wireless technology
Connect the device to a power outlet. Press the Bluetooth button on the
device. When the Bluetooth indicator light starts flashing, the device is
ready to be connected. Open the LightTrip (US) App, click Bluetooth icon to
start searching for the device. Select the device in the list by the name of
the serial number on the nameplate of your device. Click to connect (as shown
in Fig. 2-1). If the connection is successful, the Bluetooth status light on
the device will be on.
Note :
The Bluetooth indicator light on the device flashes for 30 seconds, if there
is no connection established between the LightTrip (US) App and the device,
the device enters an unconnectable state and the Bluetooth indicator light
stops flashing. To activate the Bluetooth connection, press the Bluetooth icon
on your device and the light will start flashing. The device can only be
connected when the Bluetooth indicator light on your device is flashing.
Maintenance with Bluetooth wireless technology
Click the Bluetooth icon and you can disconnect the current device and
select another device to connect (as shown in Fig. 2-2).
Sleep Treatment
Device Control
When the device is connected to the LightTrip (US) App, click the start/stop
icon to start ventilation. The screen displays the current pressure, ramp
time and the operating mode of the device (as shown in Fig. 2-3).
Note:
The app is unable to access the report page and more pages during treatment.
Settings
When the device is connected to the LightTrip (US) App, click the settings
icon to enter the User Settings page ( as shown in Fig. 2-4). Select the
setting to be changed. Click the blue value, slide up and down to change the
value, and click “OK” to change the setting. Then click “Save” to save the
changed settings.
Note:
- If the device is not connected with LightTrip (US) App, click the Settings icon , and a pop-up window will appear. Click “OK” to enter the Bluetooth management page.
- If the settings are modified but are not saved, a pop-up window will appear. The pop-up window will allow you to click “OK” to save or click “Cancel” to void the change.
Accessories
When the device is connected to the LightTrip (US) App, click the Accessories
setting icon to enter the Accessories settings page, (as shown in Fig. 2-5).
Click “ Set ” to select the reminder cycle. If the actual number of days
in use is more than the number of days in the reminder cycle, the actual
number of days in use will be shown in orange, otherwise, it will be black. If
the reminder cycle is set to “Off”, the actual number of days in use will be
0. The actual number of days in use can be reset by clicking “Reset days”.
Select the option to be reset by selecting the circle next to the accessory
you want to change ( as shown in Fig. 2-6), then click “Reset” to set the
number of actuals to 0.
Note :
- If the device is not connected to the LightTrip (US) App, click the Accessories setting icon , and a pop-up window will appear. Click “ Confirm ” to enter the Bluetooth management page.
- If the settings are modified but are not saved, a pop-up window will appear. The pop-up window will allow you to click “ OK ” to save or click “Cancel” to void the change.
Fitting Test
When the device is connected to the LightTrip (US) App, click the Fitting Test
icon to enter the Fitting Test page (as shown in Fig. 2-7). If the screen
displays “ Testing ” (Fig. 2-8), please just wait for some seconds . Put
on your mask and click “ Start ” to begin the Mask Fitting Test. If the
screen displays “Please adjust” (Fig. 2-9), adjust the fit of your mask. If
the screen displays “ Great!” (Fig. 2-10), your mask is fitted properly.
Note:
- If the device is not connected to the LightTrip (US) App when you click the Fitting Test icon , a pop-up window will appear. Click “OK” to enter theBluetooth management page.
- If you click the return icon during the test, the test will stop automatically.
Firmware Upgrade
When the device is connected to the LightTrip (US) App, it will automatically
detect whether a firmware upgrade is required and a pop-up window will appear
on the sleep page (as shown in Fig. 2-11). Click “Confirm” to enter the
Firmware Upgrade page. The screen will display the upgrade progress bar(as
shown in Fig. 2-12). After the upgrade is completed, the device will restart
and connect to the LightTrip (US) App automatically. A prompt indicating a
successful upgrade will pop-up.
Viewing Messages
Click the Message icon in the treatment page, and enter the message interface
to view the message list (as shown in Fig. 2-13). When the message is not
read, a red dot is displayed at the front of the message. Click the message
and enter the Message details page to view the message details (as shown in
Fig. 2-14). Slide the message to the left, and the delete button will appear.
Click the delete button to delete the message.
Note:
A maximum of 50 messages can be displayed.
Report
Report View: Click the Report icon in the bottom navigation bar to
enter the Report page, (as shown in Fig. 2-15 to Fig. 2-17). When the device
is connected to the LightTrip (US) App, this page will automatically send you
a pop-up alert if there is new data available. Click the button on the right
side of Week button, a pop-up selection button will appear for the date
selected.
Graph View
At the Report page (shown in Fig. 2-15), click the effects option right button
on the report to view the graphs page (as shown in Fig. 2-18 to Fig. 2-21).
Report Sharing
On the Report page (as shown in Fig. 2-15), click the report sharing icon
, to share your report.
More
In the More page , you can set up and view more information(as shown in Fig.
2-22).
Upload Sleep Data
The default setting in the LightTrip (US) App will automatically upload sleep
data to the cloud platform. Turn this setting off in the More page if you do
not want data automatically uploaded to the cloud platform (as shown in Fig.
2-23).
Pressure Unit of Measure
Click the “Pressure Unit” and the selection box will pop-up from the bottom of
the screen (as shown in Fig. 2-24). Select the pressure unit (cmH2O or hPa)
and click “OK”. Your pressure setting will then be displayed according to the
unit selected.

App Instructions
Click the “LightTrip (US) App User Manual” to enter into the App user manual
(as shown in Fig. 2-25).
Device Instructions
Click the “Luna TravelPAP™ User Manual” to enter into the device user
manual(as shown in Fig. 2-26).
Support
Click “Support” to enter the Support page (as shown in Fig. 2-27).
Instructional Videos
Select the type of mask you will be wearing with the device to access several
operational videos (as shown in Fig. 2-28 and 2-29).
- Connect the power and tubing.
- Put on your mask.
- Connect the mask and tubing. View the different videos by sliding the screen to the left.
About
About App: Click “About App” to enter the About App page (as shown in
Fig. 2-30). Click “Terms of Use” to view the Terms of Use (as shown in Fig.
2-31). Click “Privacy Policy” to view the Privacy Policy (as shown in Fig.
2-32).
About Device
Click “About Device” to enter the About Device page (as shown in Fig. 2-33).
Note : Connection to the device via Bluetooth wireless technology is required to see the data.

Click “About React Health” to enter the React Health page (as shown in Fig.
2-34).
About Luna TravelPAPTM
Click “About Luna TravelPAPTM” to enter the Luna TravelPAPTM page (as shown in

| In order to increase comfort and help the patient fall asleep easily, the pressure can increase gradually when the Ramp feature is enabled. The ramp time during which the initial pressure rises to the prescribed treatment pressure- can be adjusted. The time increases or decreases in five minutes increments. The LightTrip (US) App displays a real-time countdown of the remaining ramp time in minutes.

| This feature enables the device to automatically reduce the treatment pressure when the patient exhales, to make the user more comfortable. The higher the numbering is, the more
pressure the device reduces. “Off” means this feature is disabled.

HEALTH masks, the patient can identify the mask as other.

Introduction of “Report”
You can select to view the usage reports generated on a certain day or a
certain period according to your needs. You can use shortcut keys to quickly
query or customize the time query.

For the above data, you can also click to view the column chart of each item to analyze the trend of single use effect. In addition to the above data, the report also contains detailed statistics on usage, pressure, respiratory index and air leakage.
Usage score of LightTrip (US) App
After each treatment, the LightTrip (US) App will provide a Usage Score (for
CPAP and AutoCPAP mode only) and a Usage Summary on the screen for the user to
get a quick understanding of their usage for the recent day (from 12:00 noon
ofprevious day to 12:00 noon of the day).
The total score is 100 points, with the below breakdown:
Used time (60 points)
The score increases as the user continues to receive treatment. Initially, the
score begins at 5 points for the first 60 minutes and then increases by 5
points for every subsequent 30 minutes of treatment, with a maximum possible
score of 60 points.

Mask seal (20 points)
If the user is wearing the mask well without extra leakage during
treatment, then the user can score up to 20 points. If the average leakage is
less than 10 L/min, it scores 20 points, and 5 points will be deducted for
every 5 L/min increase in leakage.

Respiratory events (20 points)
The fewer the respiratory events (apneas and hypopneas), the higher the
score. If AHI is less than 5, it scores 20 points, when AHI ≥ 5 and for every
5 increases in AHI, 4 points is deducted.

Option | Description |

Upload sleep data
| Users can choose whether or not to upload sleep data to the cloud platform.
If “Upload sleep data” is selected, the device will automatically upload sleep
data to the cloud platform.
Pressure Unit| Users can choose a pressure measurement unit, “hPa” or “cmH2O”.
The default setting is “cmH2O”.

Q: How do I start ventilation using the LightTrip (US) App?
