Quick Start Guide

**Download the VIAIM App
**
On your mobile device, download the VIAIM app and follow the app instructions.
Select the appropriate eartips
The earbuds are equipped with four pairs of eartips, please select the
appropriate eartips best fit for you and perform a fitting test to obtain
better sound quality and noise cancellation effect.
- Operation method: Connect to VIAIM App — Settings — Eartip Fit Test – Start Test.
Switch noise cancellation mode
Tap the left earbud touch area twice quickly to switch among noise
cancellation modes. Three modes are supported: Noise Cancellation, Normal and
Transparency. If you want to cycle between two modes only, you can set it in
the App.
- Operation method: Connect to VIAIM App – Settings – Noise Cancellation Made, tnen tick the desired mode.
Enter pairing status
Put both earbuds into the charging case at the same time, then open the lid
and long press the multifunction button inside the charging case until the
indicator lights flash alternately.
Connect the earbuds
Turn on your mobile phone’s Bluetooth, find VIAIM Nano+ in the Bluetooth list
and connect.
Battery charging
Use the equipped USB-C charging cable or Qi certified wireless charger for
charging.
FlashRecord
Long press on the left/right earbud touch area, you can start recording when
you hear the prompt tone, long press again to stop recording. After the
recording is finished, transfer the recording to the App, and then it can be
converted to text.

Recording with App
Connect the earbuds, start the App, click on the recording button at the
bottom, select recording mode, and then start recording and converting it to
text.

VIAM Al is an Al-generated meeting and office efficiency tool, which is based
on linguistic text for intelligent processing, editing and management to meet
daily meeting and office needs.
VIAIM Al – To – do list
By intelligently analyzing the content of records, VIAIM Al can automatically
extract key tasks from the records and generate ‘To-do list’.
VIAIM Al — Abstract and summary
By intelligently analyzing the content of the record, VIAIM Al is also able to automatically extract the key points from the record and generate a ‘Abstract and summary’.
Safety Instructions
Hearing Safety
To avoid hearing damage, limit the time you use headphones at high volume and
set the audio volume to a safe level. The louder the volume, the shorter the
safe listening time is.
Other Safety Instructions
- Keep the buds away from children and pets to avoid accidental ingestion.
- When not in use, store the buds in the charging case with the charging lid closed, and keep them out of the reach of children and pets.
- Do NOT allow children to use the buds.
- Clean the buds and charging case only with a dry cloth.
- Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
