Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Device
- Connect one end of a USB-C cable to the clock and the other end to a USB charging port or adapter.
- A red light near the USB-C port indicates charging, turning green when fully charged.

Adjusting LCD Screen Brightness

About this Instruction Manual

Charging the device
- To charge the device, connect one end of a USB-C cable to the clock and the other end to a suitable USB charging port or adapter.
- A red light near the USB-C port will turn on, indicating that the device is charging.
- When the device is fully charged, the light will turn green.
PLEASE NOTE
- When the battery level is low, the battery indicator on the display will start flashing, signaling that the device needs to be charged soon.
- When the battery is almost empty the alarm clock will sound “Batterie leer” and then the “Die Sendung mit der Maus” (“Mouse TV”) title melody before turning off automatically. The device needs to be charged in order to function again.
Turning the power on/off
To switch the device on, press and hold the power button. The display will
illuminate completely for 1 second and the title melody of “Die Sendung mit
der Maus” (“Mouse TV”) will play. Once the device is powered on, the night
light will light up at the lowest brightness setting and the display will show
the battery indicator, the current time, the alarm indicator (only if the
alarm is turned on), the weekday and the night light indicator.
To switch the device off, press and hold the power button again.
Adjusting LCD screen brightness
In time display mode, short press the brightness button to adjust the screen brightness level. There are three settings available: 30%, 60%, and 100% brightness.
Setting the time and date
Press and hold the TIME button to enter the time setting mode. The setting se- quence is: hour > minutes > day > month > year.
- Setting hour: After entering the time setting mode, the hour section will start flashing on the display. Use the left/right buttons to adjust the hour (press and hold for faster adjustment). Short press the TIME button to confirm and move to the next setting.
- Setting minutes: While the minute section flashes, use the left/right buttons to adjust the minutes (press and hold for faster adjustment). Short press the TIME button to confirm and move to the next setting.
- Setting year, day, and month: Set the day, month, and year (four digits). Adjust each while its section is flashing on the display using the left/right buttons (press and hold for faster adjustment). Confirm each selection with a short press of the TIME button before moving to the next. After the year is set, the device will return to time display mode.
PLEASE NOTE
- If you don’t press any buttons for 10 seconds while setting the clock, it will automatically save your settings and return to time display mode.
- The clock’s date is preset to January 1st, 2024.
- Once you set the date, the day of the week will appear automatically.
Setting the alarm
Press and hold the ALARM button to enter the alarm setting mode. The setting sequence is: hour > minutes > sound > volume.
- Setting hour: After entering the alarm setting mode, the hour section will start flashing. Use the left/right buttons to adjust the hour (press and hold for faster adjustment). Short press the ALARM button to confirm and move to the next setting.
- Setting minutes: While the minute section flashes, use the left/right buttons to adjust the minutes (press and hold for faster adjustment). Short press the ALARM button to confirm and move to the next setting.
- Setting alarm sound: While the alarm is sounding and a number is flashing on the display, use the left/right buttons to adjust the alarm sound. You can choose from 6 different sounds. Short press the ALARM button to confirm your selection, and move to the next setting.
- Setting volume: While the alarm is sounding and the volume level is flashing on the display, use the left/right buttons to adjust the volume. Short press the ALARM button to confirm and return to time display mode.
After the alarm is set, it is turned on by default. The alarm indicator will show on the display.
Turning the alarm off / on: In time display mode short press the ALARM button
to turn the alarm off. The alarm indicator will disappear from the display. To
turn the alarm back on short press the ALARM button again. The screen will
display the alarm time for 2 seconds before returning to the time display mode
with alarm indicator .
Activating the snooze function: While the alarm is sounding, tap anywhere on
the silicone body to activate the snooze function. The snooze indicator will
appear on the display. After 3 minutes, the alarm will sound again. The snooze
function can be activated up to 6 times after the first alarm sounds.
PLEASE NOTE
- If you don’t press any buttons for 10 seconds while setting the alarm, the device will automatically save your settings and return to time display mode.
- When the alarm is set, the night light will begin to gradually increase in brightness ten minutes before the set time. When the alarm time is reached and the alarm goes off, the time will flash on the display and the night light will be at 100% brightness.
- The alarm will sound for 5 minutes. To stop the alarm, short press any button.
Operating the night light
The built-in night light is activated by a motion sensor that responds to
shaking movements. Tap anywhere on the silicone body to turn the night light
on, off or change the brightness. The setting sequence is:
On at 30% brightness > 60% brightness > 100% brightness > off
PLEASE NOTE
The display will show the night light indicator while the night light is on
helping you prevent accidentally overlooking an activated night light.
Disposal
Dispose of the packaging materials properly, according to their type, such as
paper or cardboard. Contact your local waste-disposal service or environmental
authority for information on the proper disposal.
Do not dispose of electronic devices in the household garbage!
As per the Directive 2012/19/EC of the European Parliament on waste electrical
and electronic equipment and its adaptation into German law, used electronic
devices must be collected separately and recycled in an environmentally
friendly manner. Empty, old batteries must be disposed of at battery
collection points by the consumer. You can find out more information about the
disposal of devices or batteries produced after 6 January 2006 from your local
waste-disposal service or environmental authority.
Drain the battery completely before disposal.
Notes on cleaning
- Before cleaning the device, disconnect it from the power supply (remove plug)!
- Only use a dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device. To avoid damaging the electronics, do not use any cleaning fluid.
- Store the alarm clock in a dry enviroment.
