Do not expose to extreme temperatures: Avoid exposing this product to extreme temperatures, such as direct sunlight or below freezing conditions, as this can damage the internal battery and reduce its lifespan.
Keep away from water. Avoid exposing this product to water or other liquids, as this can cause a short circuit and damage the device.
Don’t overcharge or discharge: Avoid overcharging or completely discharging this product, as this can damage the internal battery and reduce its lifespan.
Do not expose the product to temperatures over 40°C including direct sunlight, a car on a hot day or ovens. This may cause over-heating, fire or explosion.
Charge this product in a well-ventilated area and avoid charging under pillows, blankets, or on flammable surfaces to prevent overheating or fire.
Do not use in a strong electrostatic or electromagnetic environment, including near microwaves, as this may shorten the device’s life.
Do not damage or puncture the casing of this product. This may cause over-heating, fire, or an explosion.
Do not clean with a wet cloth or other cleanser.
Never leave a charging battery unattended.
If the product emits an odour, excessive heat, or becomes discoloured or distorted, discontinue use immediately.
Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel, which is required if the product is damaged in any way, is exposed to liquid, or does not operate normally. Please do not attempt to service or open the device. This may cause over-heating, fire, or an explosion.
Children must be supervised when using or handling this product.

Recommendations

Operating temperature: 0°C-35°C.
Storage temperature: -5°C~35°C with humidity ranging from 45% to 80%.
Use good quality chargers and cables to recharge this product to reduce the chance of over-charging or over-heating.
If not used for three months or more, the battery capacity may be reduced. If this happens, cycle the battery through 3-4 charge and discharge.
To maintain the battery life, keep 50% or more capacity and charge this product at least every 3 months.
At the end of the power bank’s life, please dispose of this product at a battery recycling station. It is not suitable for domestic waste disposal.

Product Overview

Charging your devices

To charge your device, simply connect to the power bank using the built in USB-C or Lightning cable (shown below). Alternatively, if you would prefer to use a separate cable to charge your device, simply insert it into either USB-A port on the power bank.

Once connected, the power bank will automatically start charging and the digital display will indicate the percentage of battery remaining.

When the power bank has less than 5% battery remaining, the digital display will flash to indicate it is time to recharge the power bank.

Recharging your power bank

Connect your power bank to a suitable USB power source to recharge it. The power bank can be recharged via the built in USB-A cable or USB-C cable or via the USB-C port. When recharging the power bank, the battery level remaining will flash on the digital display.

Handy hints:

For the fastest charging speed, we recommend using only the USB-C cable. If more than 1 output port is in use, a maximum of 15W will be shared for charging all connected devices.
As a safety precaution, the power bank will temporarily stop charging or recharging if it gets too hot and the display will flash “E5”.
